I tried this Laundromat for the first time. I had an overall great experience. The manager, Pauline was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. She had a great sense of humor and was very customer focused. Location: A bit hard to find with GPS. TIP: Plaza across from the Fire Department. Logistics: Parking is good and the property had good lighting inside and out. The floors, tables and machines were clean. The machines I used were in good operating condition. Only downside I saw was there were a limited amount of tables for folding your clothes. I was able to find one but if it was a busy night I would have been out of luck. In summary a great experience and I plan to go back. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

After an extended vacation, we came home with mounds of dirty laundry. I took it all up the Roswell Coin on a Sunday morning and was able to pick it all up by 4:00 that same day! I never use coin laundries, but this time I had to wash my comforter and the cleaners was not getting the job done. I went to RCL because of reviews and bc it's close to where I work. The employees are friendly the machines are in good shape. They have an ATM machine inside, as well as bill and coin change machines. The bathroom is clean. Not really great place to sit and wait but there are chairs...When I arrived I noticed the outside area and parking lot were sketchy with some people just hanging out. I guess if I need to use RCL again I will just go on the morning. read more

If you need a laundromat in North Fulton/East Cobb this is the place. The only competition is Sandy Springs is too dodgy looking. Very well lit, lots of adjacent parking and clean with helpful staff. Weekends are a bit crowded so arrive early. Open till 11 PM during the week and you have your pick from 50 washers and 45 dryers. Washer Triple load is $4.75 Dryer quintuple load is $4.00 for 25 minutes. In addition, there are video games and pool tables. Bonus is that its located adjacent to old town Roswell...lots of options there. Hope this will stay in business as the rest of the surrounding area upscales. read more

Omg this is BEST laundry service ever! I've visited this laundrymat several times since I've moved in this area and I will say each time I've came I've had the best experience. The attendants: Jenn and Arianna are the absolute best. Each time I've came they made me feel welcomed, assisted me with selecting the best machine when washing clothes and suggested certain products and other alternatives to not only clean my clothes but catch this: how to care for the materials in my clothes to maintain the quality of the fabric. They told me that I could keep my whites whiter by washing in cold water along with extra supportive washing aids but use hot water for more deep stained items to get out. I was amazed with the results after washing my whites in hot water for years. Who knew cold water would keep them white. Thanks to them they changed my thinking. Even at times where I dropped off my comforters for washing they always did a great job and have them smelling fresh. They are AMAZING! Their personality is so cool and gives great vibes and I look forward to seeing them everytime I come! I even stay later because we have great talks while I'm there. I will say the laundrymat is very easy to miss because the area is under renovation and when you first see it will throw you off because it's tucked away but I PROMISE when you step in the doors you will always find it clean on the inside and two beautiful smiling faces with the mother daughter duo (Arianna and Jenn)! read more

Really nice laundromat! I was pleasantly surprised, because the people outside made me wonder how nice it would be inside. But this clearly was an instance not to judge a book by its cover, or I guess...those around a books cover because it's very nice inside. A cool temperature, clean & good amount of machines & dryers. There's also a kids area, a massage chair, video games and 2 pool tables I would've given this place 5 stars but there's only 1 of the 4 TVs on. Other than that minor detail this place is as close to perfect laundromats I've ever been in. My new place until I get my washer dryer. They also have an ATM & a change machine. read more

We arrived at our hotel only to be told the guest laundry facilities were out of order so I began my search for a local laundry to do some loads. This place was fine. It has machines to change $20/$10 into $5 and then $5 into quarters. The machines take quarters. They did have detergents, softeners and bleach for sale but nothing fragrance free which was a little disappointing since we have sensitive skin but hey the hotel wouldn't have had that either and I could have stopped at the store. The dryers charge .25 per 4 minutes which I thought was a lot considering my local place at home is .25 for 8 minutes. It took me 28 min on high which didn't feel really super hot to get an average load dried. On the plus side they have lots of machines and an attendant on duty if you have an issue. On the downside if you think you'll challenge your husband to a game of pool while the clothes tumble you'll be disappointed. The table is there but covered in what appears to me mostly junk. Anyway I was there to get my clothes cleaned and I accomplished that so all in all success! read more

Clean facility and every single machine was in working order - a rare find in the laundry business! The attendants were friendly and helpful as well. I used a $3 washer plus one $4 washer and two $5 washers. All are front loaders. Dryers are 50 cents for ten minutes each additional quarter gives 5 more minutes) and take 20-40 minutes depending on contents being dried. Interior of machines was clean. Good pastimes in the billiards and TV areas plus free WiFi and solid selection of items in well-stocked vending machines (snacks, beverages, ice cream and of course laundry supplies). read more

We came to Roswell Coin Laundry because our dryer broke. The staff (Renee) was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and had everything you need. I came with 2 small children and there was plenty of things there to entertain them (tv, books, games, billiards). I was very impressed and will definitely come back to do our comforters and larger items in the future. read more

The worst laundry experience of my life. I don't know what laundry mat these other people are reviewing but this place stinks and is not clean. I'm here on a Monday evening at 7:00 and this experience is horrible Due to the urgency I decided to suck it up and go ahead and wash my clothes. When I attempted to use the dryers it was not getting hot enough, so I told the lady who by the way was RUDE!! She said this is the hottest they get. Then nastily offered to let me use another machine. However, when I attempted to select the next one it had a bug in it!!! The lady didn't even care. She didn't even flex, jump or even change the tone of her voice. She just offered me another one with an attitude of the utmost rudeness!! Needless to say...I will NOT be back!!! Not bad as far as laundromats go. The Best part is having an attendant; not from here I had trouble finding it and was able to call; she was nice on phone about getting me there. I swear they need to give you a cross street and landmarks; addresses are *useless*. In any case, fairly clean and nice and big; attendant very helpful....however, I'm happy to purchase detergent but won't overpay for softner (for one load) and they didn't sell dryer sheets (per sheet)--Big Mistake. They could make a mint of one timers like me by selling me a dryer sheet for a quarter. Huge upcharge for them and I'd be happy to pay it. Same goes for single use fabric softner! Come on ppl! LIke most laundromats, there's riff raff for some reason always hanging out in front; makes ppl uncomfortable...this place tries hard, but could be even cleaner and nicer--and offer more services. read more

Best coin laundry spot for drop off service. I have been using this place for months now and never had bad service. My clothes are usually ready same day but I tend to pick them up next day. They hold on to them no problem whenever you're ready for pick up. The price is good and I have never had any problems with my clothes. I get them back folded and stacked very neatly in vacuum sealed bags. The ladies that work at the counter are very friendly and happy to help you with whatever you need. read more

Had a couple loads and the washers and dryers were nice and large to accommodate. Prices were somewhat steeper than I was expecting for the dryer, but we mistakenly used a larger one and the attendant was kind enough to compensate us so our clothes dried fully and quickly. read more

Our washer was broken and our laundry was piling up! We came with several pounds to do and the manager said we could have them washed and folded the same day. She was helpful and friendly. Four hours later, we were able to pick up our clean, good-smelling, folded clothes. Whenever we have a washer issue, we'll be back here. I can't speak to the experience of washing the items there myself, but for wash and fold I recommend, for sure. read more

I found this laundromat when I needed a triple loader machine to wash LOTS of old clothes, & it was a life saver! (96 quarters' worth!) PRO's: *They have regular, double, triple loaders and larger, & have large capacity dryers as well as the standard size - and the machines are CLEAN. *There's a vending machine with a variety of laundry stuff (detergents, fabric softeners, etc.) in case you forgot yours or run out. *There are multiple wheeled carts with a hanging bar at the top for shuffling your clothes from washer to dryer to folding table. *There's an ATM on site, & the change machine takes $1, $5, and $10 bills (big plus for me). *There's a vending machine for drinks (which occasionally isn't working, but staff will sometimes open it for you if you're nice to them or a regular customer) - plus a small freezer full of ice cream treats! *The staff is friendly (for the most part), and always seem to be cleaning the place when I'm there, which is usually 7pm & later. The place may look beat up and old, but the staff makes sure it's clean and tidy. *Parking is available right outside the front door. This may be because I'm there in the evenings - I have no idea how busy they are in daytime hours - but mine is often either the only car there, or one of two or three max. *Free WiFi is available, as well as a well-worn but functional "4 quarters to play" pool table (I love to practice if no one's around to see how bad I am!). *They also offer a drop-off & fold service. I could probably name more, but suffice it to say this facility has everything I want in a laundromat. CON's: I gave 4 stars vs 5 simply because of the physical environment here. But I mention this because I think if people know what to expect, they won't be nervous when there for the first time. I was, but I quickly learned there was no reason to be. *The building is old & worn - although always kept clean, as I mentioned - and honestly is a bit run down. I don't care about how the outside looks, but some people may be put off by this. *It's a little hard to find, and not in the best of neighborhoods. (Many people I've encountered in there, or in the area outside, don't speak English.) Again, that doesn't bother me. I've never felt unsafe there, but some people I know would feel uncomfortable there. *The parking lot is not well lit at night. There's one large street light, and that's it on the outside. A few of the locals hang around in the parking lot occasionally, but not late at night; and management seems to know these people and have a good rapport with the surrounding community. Again, I've never felt threatened there - and I'm sure if some questionable situation arose, the staff on duty would take care of things immediately. I've been very satisfied with my experinces here - both the laundromat and the drop-and-fold service - and will continue to be a customer. I like supporting small, independent businesses, and will continue to support this laundromat. I encourage others to do the same. read more
