Usually is ready in a timely manner. only feedback i would give is allow something to be a co-gift- for instance, this order was for my dad's birthday/ and for mother's day. They didn't follow the colors chosen and written on receipt, the shape of the open heart was so distorted it didn't look like a heart. I paid over $600 and was not satisfied and embarrassed. I sent an e-mail after the funeral and they haven't even had the concern or courtesy to acknowledge and respond to me.
