I wish I could give it -5 stars. The pharmacy is the mail issue. The drug auto refill alerts you but they are never ready anymore, then when you call to get it filled it's always never filled when you pick up. I thought this was a once or twice kind of thing during COVID, but it's been going on since the C19 vaccine has been out. I'm pro vaccine, I want them to give out vaccines here, but staff up or fill it so it's just there when I pick up. Insanity every time for months. Avoid at all costs! read more

I gave them a prescription for both my husband and myself. They had none for me and two for him. They essentially gave me a prescription with someone else's name on it insisting I never gave them one for myself. Their attitude, after almost a week of trying to get an answer was basically, well the mistake was caught. I had a badly experienced with the cashier she's young And arrogant. I was sending money and it's my first time sending it from Western Union. I counted in front of her and she was asking for help from one of her coworkers and I was wondering why she needed help or maybe just needed to make sure she was counting right. When the guy counted it was missing $60 and they gave it to me when I started counting I saw money hidden behind the paper bag.. What?! This cvs pharmacy is about the worse. They never answer the phone EVER. I have called on numerous occasions for the last two weeks to give them my new insurance information and I have yet to have anyone answer the phone not even once. I sit there and wait for over a half hour each time and never has anyone picked the phone up. I have even taken screenshots of during my wait times and still no one picks the phone up. Not even a courtesy pick to put you on hold, absolutely nothing! I left screenshots of me waiting patiently I'll leave the other half hour photos instead second post as I can only do two photos so everyone can see how ridiculous this is! So I called their corporate office to leave a complaint. Not to mention when you go here and I'm sure most of the issues could be resolved by phone but seeing as they don't answer ever they are incredibly and absurdly busy in store. The line outside and inside is always wrapped around the corner or down the aisles. I completely understand covid is going on but this was like this even prior to covid. Awful. Never answer the phone, don't let you know when medicine is ready when they actually manage to fill it. I had an RX sent in for filling yesterday for an infection and I'm still waiting on them to even acknowledge its existence. When you do go to pick up a script that they say it will be ready in 15 minutes it's an hour+ wait. I once fought with a pharmacist tech here because I had a newer migraine medication that needed me to use a coupon while I waited for preauthorization from my insurance, and instead of working it out or asking for help on how to code the coupon, she told me it would cost me $1000 because "we don't do that here. Do you want to pay the $1000 or what?" read more

They call and text me constantly. I had a prescription on auto refill. It was filled before I needed it. I now have 3 extra inhalers. I took all of my medications off of the auto refill and call it in as needed. They now call and text me 3 or 4 times a week wanting to see if they can fill more prescriptions before I need them. When I do call in what I need, I get a text that they are ready. When I get to the store I am told that they are NOT ready. The text was "just a courtesy". I was also sent a text that they are giving COVID booster shots when I was already at that location for 2 boosters!! How ridiculous that they are wasting my time. read more

The register/inventory stocking and manager staff ARE AMAZZZZZING! Always going above and beyond to help me with my requests and reels of coupons. Really satisfied. They really care. Who is the manager of this pharmacy? They have ZERO CONTROL over anything that happens here! I needed a CoViD test today. Scheduled it last week. Pulled up. Got in line and a woman who was extremely unprofessional and rude told me the person wasn't there to do the test. Never explained anything and just told me to wait. No explanation about anything and just left as other customers were coming up behind me. This is INSANE!!! How DARE YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!! You deserve zero stars. Store is always clean. Pharmacy staff is very nice and always gets the job done! In the past the pharmacy had little staff but over the past few months they seemed to have more people to help out. The girls in there are doing a great job. read more

Great CVS. Nice staff, the pharmacist is always super cool. It's like they hire cool people because it's a different person every time and they're always conversational and professional. They're so good I got frustrated at Walgreens and drove off to this CVS for my prescription. Total waste of time and I was being impatient btw.
