Dennis was the lead on our job and he was very professional, friendly and good at disassembling the furniture. Carl was another employee on the crew and he spent more time talking and bragging throughout the day. Although he was hustling, he was trying to impress and instead of utilizing equipment to safely move our items, he would try to manhandle things by hoisting on his back. When he and another guy were moving our gun safe, I think they lost their grip on it and it slammed down on our tile floor. I feared it had cracked the tile and I asked them to get additional people to continue moving it. It didn't crack the tile, but he didn't heed my advice. On move in day to the new house, it started off badly with them pulling into the neighbor's yard across the street, leaving deep ruts and breaking a sprinkler head. (They have yet to fix the damage, over a week later.) Once the boxes started coming off the truck, Carl just stacked them around our pool table instead of putting them in the rooms that were clearly marked on the boxes, requiring me and my husband to relocate them later. Our dining room table got a gouge in the side and several deep scratches on the top and a small ceramic lamp was broken. The base to an antique table was not wrapped and instead thrown into an open topped box with a lot of yard stuff like rakes and hoes and got scratched up in many places. I had told the crew it was an antique and they completely disregarded this. All in all, the move out day went pretty smoothly. Move in day, they seemed disorganized and more rushed to get it over with. PLEASE NOTE: Drake offered me $250 for damage to our dining table, sent over a release for me to sign via email; however, if I accepted that, I would have to delete ALL SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS. This is how this company operates. I told him to keep the $250. This is why on Google this company has mostly 5-star reviews. They bribe people to give them excellent reviews. I told him that was a horrible way to do business. No response from him of course. They claim they're veteran owned. I doubt the validity of that now.

You can easily set up an entire apartment, house, RV, dorm room or whatever space you need to take care of here at a very reasonable price. I was merely visiting, so I had limited space since I had already shopped galore during my stay. It didn't stop me from picking up a few small seasonal items though! The cart I was pushing had a map of the store, which was very helpful. While I didn't walk through furniture or big items, I noticed a massive amount for both indoor and outdoor. No idea why it kept shutting off long before the timer shut off. But they did have a suggestion for some great outdoor lighting. Did we get a bill? You bet we did.. Did we add the new lighting they suggested. Heck no!! We've never called them again nor recommended them. My I laws had trouble with periodic power reduction in the kitchen. Electrician went back and forth to the electrical panel over and over. Twice he said he found the problem and "corrected" the cause. Couple hours later he said he was sorry but nothing he'd done solved the problem and nothing more he could do. He had to leave for another appointment. "I'm sorry ma'am. This is the strangest thing I've seen in a long time. I'm sorry I can't find the cause." (Yes, a bill was received for payment.)
