They never provided the information requested, just showed up 10 days later. After about 6 hours onsite, they left without telling anyone - but the job was not complete. When I called the office, Frank said they had another job to go to but they would return the following day., Repair work was good, no complaints there. When it came time for payment, that is where the nightmare really began. Frank called almost immediately after the job was complete asking for payment. Mind you, we had agreed to pay by CC, but then the office staff said that was not possible so we switched to PO/Invoice. Frank said that would not be sufficient so he asked for ACH payment. We agreed. Frank sent us the bank info and we processed the payment. Frank then told us that the account was invalid and we should expect a returned payment. He asked if we could pay by CC. We agreed to do that once we received the return. Months went by where he was continuously asking for a follow up, we continuously said that we were still waiting on the return. We advised them to contact their bank. We were then told everything was FRAUD!!! Oh, and they threatened to come onto our property and take down the fence. Horrendous experience. Do Not Recommend.

While all of it was childish behavior I was shocked that the far more aggressive of the two was using a company truck. He was driving a white GMC Canyon pickup with ARROWFENCE.NET listed on the tailgate and the company logo and phone number on the door. This guy was completely out of hand, brake checking, riding the center of the road so people could not pass, speeding up, and slowing down. It was dangerous and shocking. Frankly, I did not see the other driver do anything offensive. I am often between Florida and NY and there is no way I would use this company with that unstable hothead running it. The driver must have been the owner because when I called the number on the truck to complain he answered and then hung up the phone. I have a photo and video of the incident for the police. I will post on social when I have more time. Business owners should set better examples. Do not spend your hard-earned money with this company. If he does not respect the road, he will not respect your home.

I emailed the company in mid July looking for an update and stated they were 6 weeks out so end of August and end of August it was they literally started on August 31st. Second issue I was not home the day they came to take my old fence out as they called me day of to ask if they could start and I was at work. Well trust me when I say you want to be there every day that the team is there. I have wireless security cameras and one of the workers tried to steal one and was caught on camera with the camera he tried to steal! I told the owner of the situation after they completed the work and he appreciated that I told him about it but didn't offer anything for the attempted theft by one of his employees other than I'm sorry and said employee should know better. Neither one would allow me to speak with the supervisor of the installation or the owner who was on the job that day. Marissa was beyond rude and I would not recommend this company. I would be very cautious to do business with a company that cannot take the time to discuss the concerns of the customer.

A month later I called again and was told the same. It is now nearly 5 months later and I have yet to get any response from Whitmore. I am very disappointed. As we all know, this is the most expensive fence company in the area and their work is generally top notch. The lack of customer service is surprising and disappointing.
