With my family stranded, we just happened to find Dougs through a google search. He quickly towed our car into his shop. He stayed 2 hours after the shop closed to help get us on our way and when he learned he wouldn't be able to get a new part until Monday, he arranged for us to get a rental car from Mena Ford (and they delivered it to us at the shop) to continue our trip for my daughter's gymnastics meet. He said he'd have the part Monday morning and I was able to pick up my car exactly when he said it would be ready. Doug, Connor and Luke were gracious hosts while we were stranded and we quick to help us in every single way. They even shared their shrimp and crawfish dinner with us while we waited. If I ever break down in a new town in another state again, I hope and pray there is someone like Doug there to help. On top of all the help, the cost of all the work was well below what I expected it to be given the circumstances. He did NOT take the opportunity to try and gouge us at all. In fact, I almost feel like he undercharged us for the labor. All in all, these are good people and some of the most helpful and trustworthy folks I've ever encountered. Thank you, Doug and team!

We called 5 different RV repair me before him before we left on our trip to Beaver Bend State Park, and they all said we would have to get the unit replaced. I called this guy up because I was having a problem draining my shower. I also had a broke handle…read moreon either my black tank or my gray tank. I was confused. I took a picture and showed him he was supposed to bring me a handle and replace it instead he drove out to my house. Charge me $75 to go and pull the handle to let my gray water drain. That was the problem. I was pulling the wrong handle . I was pulling the black water, but it had a broken handle so it was really hard. I feel like this guy knew exactly what the problem was. So he showed up did not show up with a new handle and charge me $75 to pull the black water tank handle. Definitely would not trust this guy at all. So the service call should've been him replacing the broke handle. I thought it was pretty strange because he came out here really quick and I thought oh well maybe he has the handles on stock or something but no he came out without the part. So basically, I had two handles and one of them had a broken handle that I could not pull and the one that I was pulling was not the gray tank so this guy came out here without the new handle that I asked him for just wait for him to make a quick $75 without doing any work whatsoever. So we Finally called this place they picked up the phone and we told them what was going on and the guy on the phone told us to bring it in and they will look at it. We arrived and talked with Chris I think that's what his name was he was nice. He hooked up his computer and did what ever he did on it and went under the hood and started messing around with wires un hooking this and that and yes he let me watch. He found a problem with a black thing I forgot what it was called. So he ordered one and i think it was about 45 min and he was done with it. No more missing and the price wasn't bad. The only reason for the 4 stars is they didn't have a waiting room they had chair's and a picnic table to sit down at out side. But they are a Small shop with 2 over head doors. But the service was great and they did offer us something to drink while we were waiting. I'd recommend Chris Morgan to anyone. I broke down on a Friday of a holiday weekend. I lost all…read morepower to my vehicle, threw a rod, and the engine went into safety mode so I had time to cross traffic onto an easement. I was in the middle of nowhere alone. Not a sole in sight. I had trouble finding a wrecker service because I didn't have much of a cell signal. The tow company, Steve Steel's, out of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, found exactly where I was calling from. He called me back within 5 minutes and had a truck on the way. While waiting, I checked the oil, checked for burning electrical, checked the coolant, etc. So Steel's sent me to Morgan's based on his recommendation of, "I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, ma'am". Chris and his family were warm, caring, courteous people. They welcomed me in their Home while Chris and his son worked on my car. When I say they worked on my car, I mean they busted their butts to try to get me on the road. They worked all day into the evening, and we had to pause until the next day. They took me to where I'd booked a room for the night and they worked nearly all day Saturday to figure out what the heck was happening. Turns out there was an open recall on the very recall was the reason I was stranded. They put the car BACK TOGETHER for me and got me to my sister who came from an hour + and Morgan's took care of the pickup of my vehicle by the Steel's and I had a solution to everything. If you're broke down near Broken Bow, OK, that's the only place to take your car and know you're being truly taken care of. Chris was honest and was absolutely trustworthy. I've dealt with a LOT of mechanics across the nation because of my job and with 100% certainty I would go there before ANY of the companies I've dealt with. Thank you so much, Chris, son, & family for making a nightmare quite a bit bearable.
