It was a Saturday morning. We were headed south and just passed Hocha Town when our 2023 Mazda veered off the road due to oncoming traffic. We hit an enormous pothole with right front wheel. I thought it had literally knocked the complete suspension out. It had only ruined the wheel though. I put on the donut spare but did not look forward to driving 6 more hours to Houston at 55 mph. We stopped at Discount Wheel & Tire and miraculously they had a wheel and used tire that fit our car. Thank you!!! What a wonderful, kind and friendly business! Two Senior women visiting Broken Bow/Hochatown for a few days and our car kept giving us warnings about our tires. We added air but it still continued. They checked all our tires inside and out, worked on one a long time at no charge. Told us to come back in before we headed back to Texas and they again checked our tires and reset our computer on car and again no charge. Lovely caring people, all of them! Was from out of town and my check tire pressure message came up. went in and told them I needed some air and asked to buy a tire gauge. They gave me a tire gauge and told me to pull into bay # 1 and 4 guys came over and checked the one tire for a leak, checked and aired up all my tires and when I started to go in to pay they told me that there was no charge. All 4 of the guys were very friendly and helpful. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We need more businesses like this! read more

I bought my tires from this place a couple years ago and brought it back regularly for rotations. The young guys in the bay are who I normally deal with to refill my tires with air and they are usually very nice. But, today, I was treated so rudely by a female employee in the office and other staff members that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I too am a business owner and I get that busy days can be stressful but that is never an excuse for rudeness or for making someone feel like they don't matter! My car was riding rough and so I came in to see if they could check them for me. It was a Friday morning right before a holiday but I wasn't looking for special treatment, just some information. After all, I had spent hundreds of dollars at this place and trusted my vehicle with them. I walked in and saw the full lobby and approached the counter. The employee standing there looked away and walked right out the side door! He never spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. So, I kept standing there waiting. Another guy walked in from the garage, grabbed a tool, and walked back out. He never even acknowledged me! By this time, I'm a little irritated, so I lean over the counter and peek my head around the corner and I see a lady sitting there working on the computer. She looks up at me and I asked "Is anybody working up here (referring to the front desk) today?" She says "yeah" in an irritated way and proceeds to come out and have an interchange with me that wasnt Helpful or friendly at all. I explained that I was a regular customer with a problem and she basically said I could wait....she didn't know how long..."cuz it's a Friday"..."probably 30 to 45 min".... I asked if I could put my name on the list and then come back in 30 to 45 min because i had some things I could do in the meantime and she said "no". So, I said okay, went down the street to the real "Best Tire Place" in town and gave them my $1100 for new tires! It probably won't matter much to them but to those who care about customer service...maybe it will. read more

The valve stem on our tire was broken, our tire wouldn't hold air. We filled it up and drove over to Discount Wheel & Tire. They were very friendly and knew right away what the problem was. We pulled into a bay, they fixed it in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge us for their service! They made a stressful situation easy and painless, 5 star service all around! read more

Not really happy with these guys here, they were kind of rude for no reason, totally hands off as far as driving my truck into the bay. The manager or whoever was in charge wasn't very polite, he interrupted me a couple times, just his demeanor was very poor. The work wasn't too bad. But honestly these guys suck their customer service is thumbs way down read more

We had a double blow out, and our wrecker service (eskewtowing.com) brought us here. The tow truck driver even put a call into the owner of the shop as we were driving in, so as to let him know we were going to need new tires installed that evening.
