Both my granddaughters go here. They are on the optional competition team. They love it. The coaches are great and really care and do their best to help the girls. They are caring and amazing. The girls have been to other gyms and none can compare with the support and camaraderie that this gym offers. Definitely a friendly professional high-quality top end gym. read more

This place is absolutely have no care for your kids. Customer satisfaction is nothing in this place. Coach Dana is so mean to kids and has no talent to be coach and get even connected to your kids. I am not an Adult but I can tell you that Ace is an amazing place! For summer camps or classes. I went to ace when I was 6 for classes then went to the summer camp the summers after that. Sadly this will be my last summer here at ace because next year I will be to old to attend the summer camp but I have loved every single moment of it. I get to make amazing and nice friends, the coaches are so nice and fun to hang out with, and over all so fun. read more

There is simply not a better gym in the central Florida area. The coaches are top notch. Perfect balance of sternness and care, pushing the gymnasts to maximize their potential. You cannot debate their success. Gymnasts are regularly gaining scholarships for colleges at top ranked schools. read more

We were introduced to Ace by a Stay and Play last month and recently joined the Mommy and Me classes. The Stay and Play are considerably less crowded when school is in session. When school is out and it is rainy (pretty much what I call Florida winter because it is almost impossible to play outside between the heat and the storms) it can get VERY crowded. If you have an uber hyper active toddler, dressing them in a super loud color can be helpful as keeping track of a neon little blur as they go nuts on the trampolines and pit is a lot easier then say...light pink for a girl. My daughters ADORE the stay and play and they always come home and take a 2 hour nap or more which means that this mommy adores them as well. So far we really like the Mommy and Me classes. I definitely prefer their classes over some of the other Mommy and Me type gym classes we have tried. read more

I would be very weary of sending your child here for summer camp. I sent my three kids here and a couple of hours after drop off, I was called to leave work and pick up my three year old daughter because she "was too quiet and shy, didn't eat all of her lunch, and wanted to play with blocks". I spoke to the camp director (who was very childish and unprofessional) as well as the manager to ask if they could allow her a bit more time acclimate and come out of her shell as it was a new environment for her. Neither had any knowledge of typical three year old behavior, and they told me they "do not work in childcare, they are a camp" so they cannot accommodate a child who is getting used to a new place and is shy. They said my daughter refused to eat her lunch (which should NEVER be forced regardless), but when I got in the car and opened her lunchbox, I saw she did have a fair amount of her lunch. They also said they did not have enough staff to watch all of the children. I left work, picked up my three kids, and will be sending them to Brown's Gym which is where we normally go, but since they are so well loved, they were unfortunately full for the week I needed camp. I do not recommended sending your kids here for camp, especially if they are young and a little shy. I also think DCF should check their staffing and ensure they are properly training those who work with the children. I have taught and worked in childcare and camps for 15 years and do not believe this facility can accommodate very young children read more

I went here for the first time today with my girlfriend and her son. Both of our kids are 2.5 and they lobed this place. It's $8 for a stay n play and there is a huge open gym with all kinds of activities for kids. I liked it because there were tons of things for he kids to use and play with to get their energy out and get exercise. All of the kids were around the same age and it made it fun foe everyone. read more

Very nice atmosphere. Welcoming to new families. We switched from another location and feel we made the right decision. My daughter is only 3 but she loves to MOVE. It's a very busy place and parking can be crazy but otherwise no other complaints from me. read more

My son took class here for about 2 months. The instructor was fantastic!!! He was great with the kids and my son had a blast!!! On the down side, about 2 months in to my son attending here, I noticed the back door being opened and closed multiple times and people going in and out. There were small kids right there and I saw that as a HUGE safety concern. I addressed this with the front desk, and the so called "business manager" was disgusting!!! She proceeded to argue with me about why it is used and went on and on about how it's only for staff even after I brought up the fact that if it's not locked, anyone from the parking lot out back could have access. She continued to argue with me (which I was shocked by). I asked for her name and her bosses contact info so I could speak with them. She told me, "I don't have a boss". So I asked if she was the owner of the gym, and she stated that no, but her parents were. Explains SO much!! She was awful!! Had no concern what so ever about my concern as a parent for the children's safety. He biggest concern was that she didn't want to walk to the front door to enter the building!!
