Horrible customer service. Literally they give you a packet of information and expect to read the fine print to then turn around and not give you the services you paid for. The manager also told me too bad parents can't read! The tour lady told my daughter as she got there 6 minutes late with a huge smile, oh good morning you look ready but too bad you won't go in the trip, really strange behavior not sure why she would act that way maybe she is afraid of her manager? If YOU EXPECT parents to get there by a certain time, then the least you could do is REMIND them HELLO BY PHONE? or email? I paid for a service, STOP making excuses on why you are not providing the service you PROMISED. START facilitating parents who PAID for your help. AND START appreciating your clients or you will not have any left. I ALREADY talked to their headquarters, there is ZERO excuses, she could have added the name but chose not to. THE LADY there was VERY RUDE, I believe she is the manager or owner. SHE TOLD me PARENTS CANT READ. But I dont think she has read her own flyer. Besides the CUT OFF time column, nowhere does it say anything about not being able to go. THEY ARE FULL of excuses of why they can and should TREAT you BADLY. AND NO, ITS NOT ABOUT SAFETY. I used to go here for five years so I have a lot to say about this place like the lack of education, bullying, favoritism, lack of help for special needs, and hitting. You are paying a lot to have your kid go here when your kids aren't learning at all there is no teaching just teenagers. I got bullied a lot there.Once a tagged a boy during captured the flag two times and he screamed in my ear so I cried and hid for an hour then the boy who didn't lied and the counselor who saw the whole thing said I hit him in the head then I said he knew the truth he just said " Then don't tag him two times", then on my last day I still got bullied about it and the counselors did nothing about it. If your child isn't a white male like the kids who bullied me and the kid who screamed then they are not gonna do great. I got hit a lot and you'd think that if an aftercare would help and it'd stop mostly. Also there was a kid with Down syndrome and he got made fun of . Also if your kid is older don't let them go here because my older years were bad and this place is built for little kids who don't really have a life. They put these weird restrictions on phones when a lot of the people grow out of O2b's activities and it's they're not engaging just dodgeball, and red light green light. The only escape is the Tech Room which you only go once a week for like 45 minutes or at the end of the day for like a good amount of time and best believe you have to get there first because you don't take turns on the computers there. Also your child can easily access shooting games there take that as you will. My son has been going to O2B Altamonte since he was an infant. Not only are his teachers, Ms. Wanda, Ms. Asia and Ms. Eddrina amazing, but the entire staff makes sure that he feels welcome each and every day. From the moment we walk in, Ms. Vashty greets us with a smile and starts the day with a warm and friendly hello. I've done a review before but I figured it's time to update. My children have been members starting with my first since summer of 2017. My children love the play Village. It is a great place for afterschool classes, including art, dance, gymnastics, soccer, acting, and much more. My children's favorite teachers are Miss. Angel and Miss Jio. they are amazing with the kids. I highly recommend O2B for both the kids college and the afterschool programs. My youngest will be attending VPK to finish off our tradition at O2B, and also continuing to take the afterschool classes along with her brother and sister. Their dance team has just restarted, and I am excited for what they have in store and how much more of my children will learn. And as far as best teacher goes, my children have chosen Miss. Angel she's a kindhearted teacher and is great with the kids. And if I can nominate, Miss Jio also deserves it! in conclusion, I highly recommend the Altamonte location there is both indoor and outdoor activities. Great counselors and teachers. This location is really bad with bullying. When they write the incident reports on your kid they keep it really short to cover their tails. When in reality it was a nightmare for your child. Hopefully your child is at the age where they can somewhat explain what really happened. Otherwise my prayers got out to you. On many occasions managers lied about the abuse my son suffer on O2B watch. Incident reports after incident reports. My son was never at fault or the cause but on numerous of times got beat up on by more than 5 kids at once infront of the counselors. The counselors are young themselves many teenagers. When u go in you will notice stacks of incident reports that has to be sign. My son went there for 4 months and had at least 15 incident reports of being bullied. Which includes kicking in face, biting, slapping, punching, choking and even was once stepped on by a counselor carrying large equipment. One time he was normally walking into the school from playing on the playground. A kid 3 years older than him puts him in a chokehold and he had to bite their arm agressively to get released.....They was choking him and he couldnt breathe. No counselor around and it was unprovoked according to the counselor and managers. But that what camera footage shown which i wasn't allowed to see...smh.. Within the 4 months I threatened with corporate if they didn't correct the incident reports where before they were like 2 sentences that says nothing about what really happened. They do that so if the kid is injured, they're not at fault since it was not reported in writing. DO NOT SIGN THE INCIDENT REPORTS UNTIL U GET THE FULL STORY. THEY FORCE YOU TO SIGN AS SOON AS YOU GET THERE BUT DONT DO IT. YOU'RE AGREEING THAT THE INCIDENT WAS HOW THEY WROTE IT WHICH IS WRONG. At the end before they disenrolled my son I made Kayla and Bree rewrite those incident reports to somewhat close to the story they gave me after I got more info from my son that night. Which wasn't stated on the incident report. I have proof of how bad this location is with bullying. They kick my son out of the school not because he was a bad kid but because they could not protect him without him being hit and bullied. I have paperwork and recordings. When u talk to any of the managers record it with your phone. I know first hand Bree and Kayla will lie. Be careful with this school. If u need proof I got plenty. Please Record every conversation cause they will lie on your kid. Some proof is attached below but that's what they put on paper after I threatened them with corporate because before the incident reports was only 2 sentences that told nothing. They will lie and say that the incident happen with your child FRIEND which is not true. When asked why they lied and said it was a friend that hit him..... they replied that's its O2B policy to call all of their students Friends.....smh. Do not sign for its not mandatory to leave with your child when you pick up. Make sure you record the conversations with anyone there. You don't have to sign the incident report but always ask for a copy of it to keep in your files. The reason why I kept him there that long is because he is 9 and he enjoyed the programs that O2B offered that many other daycare didnt at his age. So he trusted the counselors when they gave him candy and promises that it wasn't going to ever happen again. So he wanted to stay for the program but not to get beat up. In no way, shape, or form does that gives the green light for any kid to get beat on and bullied under O2B care. UPDATE..... I seen Michelle reply saying they would like to talk about it. Yeah right you guys didn't want to talk about it when you all disenrolled my son ( the victim) to keep him safe from the bullies. Yall rather remove the victims since the bullies outweigh them and u all would lose money. I was told that the bullies was not going to be removed all the did was move them to another side of the classroom which didn't help cause they bullied elsewhere. O2B Corporate even offered me money to credit me for the months I paid since I was pretty much paying for my child to get beat up by his classmates under their care unknowingly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I had to withdraw my 1.5 year old son due to repeating biting incidents, he was bitten 3 times in the SAME WEEK the last one penetrating his skin and leaving a mark behind. The entire management team is a JOKE starting from Regional Manager Cassie, Director under her Shannon and last but not least Bree. I addressed the incidents as best I could and In the end nothing was done. After the last incident I had enough he was bitten yet again for the 4th time that following week at 10:45 AM and I wasn't notified until I picked him up at 4:45PM! how is it that 6+ hrs passed in the day and no one had the courtesy to call me and when asked, All they said was we can't disclose that! They are always understaffed taking more children in that they can handle. I strongly advise if your looking for a place that will ensure your children safety THIS PLACE IS NOT IT! In response to your comment, lets be clear I had no intention of my son returning to your poor excuse of an establishment AND no one was harmed including your precious staff ALSO if you put the same effort and urgency behind making sure your useless staff were safe incidents wouldn't have occurred, for the record I also made a police report and trust other things are in the works. read more

I have been to O2b many times over the last few years for events with my grandchildren. This daycare is run very well and I commend the director And staff. I've been around long enough that I can also tell that the staff enjoy their jobs and work efficiently to take care of the kids, parents, and visitors. I commend the teachers and admin for showing me in their actions that my grandchildren are well taken care of. read more

I absolutely love this daycare! Both my 1 & 3-year-old son's teachers are amazing with my kids! Unfortunately, we have to leave because it's really expensive with 2 kids but if we could afford it, my husband and I would definitely keep our kids in. They do so many activities like art and dance but they also have a really good curriculum that incorporates learning objectives for their age. They always sent pictures throughout the day to show some of the things they've done. And for the comments that speak on biting, it is normal at the age of 1-2 because most children are getting new teeth. Parents and teachers must reinforce teething toys and/or model correct behavior. Teachers worked with me when I noticed my son trying to bite because I told them he was teething. I'm not going to lie, there are a lot of students per teacher, which can be overwhelming for the teachers but that is the O2B policy: 3-6 students per teacher for the 1-2 yo rooms. So that may be why things happen, teachers turn their back for one second and one kid is taking a toy and the other one bites or hits back before the teacher can stop it. Its understandable. Overall, I am glad that my kids got to attend this daycare. Teachers always called when any kind of incident happened and I am grateful for that. My kids were always treated with respect, kindness, and love and that's the most important thing to find in a daycare teacher! read more

Horrible place for kids and management is so sloppy. My daughter got hurt and even got COVID from here during summer camp and had to cancel the summer camp a week before but they obviously did not care and they've still charged even with early cancellation. I've been calling them for the forth time now today regarding the refund the person I spoke to is "Barbie" she was so unprofessional and careless its unbelievable. The worst summer camp experience I ever had with my daughter, I regret putting her here. It's sad and disappointing. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I am not impressed with this place of business at all. I know a handful of kids that go here and there have been nothing but problems with the management. The experience I have had with this place has been horrible as well. Their establishment is not clean at all, there have been several break outs of LICE, they send the kids home after being there only a short time yet charge them for an entire day. When they sent my child home, she was out for 2 weeks, our choice and yet they still charged us for 2 weeks of watching her even though she was not there. They have repeatedly mistaken dandruff for lice, but they refuse to let the child come back for a few days until they spend money to treat the scalp, but refuse to take responsibility for the problem. They do not show proof that any of the employees have been treated themselves. Their lack of concern with this issue is at a minimum. Also, the people who work there are supposed to help the kids with their homework; there have been many times in which the work that was in the folder was not complete or it was not explained correctly and thus done wrong. they have never apologized for the way they have spoken to me and my family. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. The Health Department needs to be called on them to go out there and fumigate the place. UGH !!!! read more

This facility does not deserve a one star there are amazing teachers with great programs if u choose so. You can see the activities clearly displayed in the classrooms you can watch the teachers interact with the children play and have fun with them as well my children attend the programs for the afterschool program and they love it and can't wait to go back every business has flaws and room for improvement no matter what you do or where you go always room for improvement overall great company !Children are able to have fun in a safe loving Atmosphere staff is very attentive and work hard daily. read more
