Trainers eyes glued to the phone, gave no direction to her helpers, my kids running around aimlessly and they expected her to know things. Maybe a preventative measure would be a survey/ questionnaire so we can decide better, but it felt that my kid wasn't enough. Icing on the cake was the act the trainer put on at the end, "she was great", "so cute". I already knew that, and was watching the whole time she's too young. It was nice the other 4 year olds help her who were part of the session.

When asked what do they have to say for themselves...mostly unavailable or speak with a lower directive or deny the allegations that face them!
