The small party had the play room all to ourselves and the kids had a blast running back and forth between all the different spots. Their favorite places were the grocery store area, the huge space bounce pad, and the swing on the tree house. It was nice to have the space to ourselves. It was a small party so the kids had plenty of space to run around. It is a bit tinier than other play places we have been to and I think an hour and a half was plenty of time for the kids to feel like they've explored enough. My daughter loved playing with the extremely friendly teenage staff members on the floor. The staff helped keep things neat and in order as well. After the hour and a half of play time, we went to a back room to have pizza, juice, and cupcakes / cake. The back room was a bit tiny as well, but luckily we did not have a ton of people. The staff were also very helpful with handing out the pizza and cake. Everything ran very smoothly and it seems like they have the whole thing down, as another private party was showing up for their play time and party after ours. They are easily accessible from the parkway in a warehouse type lot area.

And since Covid 19 happened, I'm disappointed with the terrible dance lessons. I'm sorry to admit that I've wasted much time and money on unqualified teaching. While many of the positive reviews may reflect genuine experiences, it's also important to consider that current staff and families can feel pressure to remain silent or offer only praise. The facility is spacious and offers something for every age group, including a baby zone, larger kids' area, soccer field, basketball court, slides, and more. I was impressed by how clean everything was. Staff members were constantly cleaning, hand sanitizer stations were easy to find, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I also love that two adults get free admission with each paying child. The day pass is valid all day. You can leave and come back later at no extra cost as long as you keep your wristband. We will definitely be back and will be recommending to our friends and family!
