After emailing them, you get an email back telling you they will call you back a few working business days from the date you left the message. Do not get suckered into buying anything from this firm. You will get burned. I purchased a rug a month ago for $1,000.00 which is falling apart and I cannot get an answer. This company will be prosecuted in the future, no doubt.
