But when I needed some hardware and had a meeting in Homewood, this was a suggestion by my wife. Most of the local places like this have been in their locations for years and are dated... which is part of the charm. This one however is either in a newer building or has been updated. But not knowing the history, I can't say for sure. The people inside were very helpful. Which was nice since I would have never found anything that I needed without Lewis and Clark. They mostly had what I needed. But I did notice some of the hardware drawers I looked in were bare. Luckily they had the quantity of the size toggle bolt I thought I needed (I ended up being wrong). All in all a pretty good experience.

I had to get a couple of keys cut, so went to Huffstutler's early today. The key cutting was quick, and they work perfectly! They have just about everything you need there, and even offer rentals! When I realized the lights weren't quite what I was looking for, the return process was quick and hassle free, which I definitely appreciated. The store itself was clean and well organized, and there seemed to be plenty of employees available to help customers as needed. Overall, a simple and easy shopping experience.

They really have a good selection of stuff that crosses across several price points. I'm not sure of the quality of all the merchandise they have, but I've purchased stuff from them in the past when I needed something in a hurry and it has worked exceptionally well. The staff at this location were friendly and greeted me when I entered the store. They also asked if they could help me find anything. All in all a good place to shop for tools and things of the sorts. They do have a membership that you can join (does have a cost associated), but if you shop here enough it will pay for itself

All this after no eye contact, only one register open, no on site store manager, waiting on the customer ahead of me to obtain credit approval (literally was handed the phone twice to converse with an outside party on the matter), ... beyond the limit of patience was reached and I left exasperated and down right MAD - with the 110 lbs of product in tow. Things you need to remember when using this company is the expectation is that you will commit Financially to your closet design when they come out and do the drawings. So if you're not ready you might wanna wait or just make it clear that you're looking for estimates. However, Marion was not pushy at all, and worked with us very very well. We haven't had the closet built yet because we won't be ready for another couple of months with our remodel so I can't comment on quality just yet

The better blades were locked up, and I wanted to spend as little time as possible in the store so I bought a couple packages of cheap blades At the register, the cashier didn't even attempt to raise his mask. I stayed as far back from him as possible. I need more supplies now that I am back at the job site, but will make the trip to Home Depot. Will not come back here again.
