The moment I walked in, he gave an insincere apology and said there was no one there to help me with cabinets. The nerve of him! Does he not think I'm not even allowed to look at his products? Besides knowing roughly what color cabinets and type of countertops I wanted, I would have loved to have just looked at my options. If they only accept appointments and I misunderstood, then I would have gladly made one, but he did not offer to make one for me or even thank me as I was leaving either. New fridge, double ovens, cooktop and dishwasher. Didn't think too much about it because my previous experiences in past years were good. My sales person was great and delivery was great! I began having a problem with my dishwasher door and have now called FIVE times. I cannot get anyone to help me. As a matter of fact-yesterday they told me that they had been texting with me and I told them I didn't even need a service anymore. Simply not true. Supposedly someone found out the issue with that note on my file and was going to call me back within the hour. That did not happen. I tried to call back today, talked to yet ANOTHER person and she wanted to have someone call me back to set up service again. I told her I didn't want to do that because no one ever calls back. She put me on hold and then sent me to a random voicemail. Apparently that voicemail was full, and the only option I had was to hang up. Will never do business with them again. My husband is a contractor and he will never recommend them either.
