The owner came out personally to evaluate the project and then completed the work with his brother. They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home. I was sent to this store from another Sherwin Williams in the area. At the other location the…read moreemployee assisted me thoroughly and looked up my previous order so that I could get the same exact paint. Unfortunately- he didn't have the paint so he called this location and they said they had it. When I walked in Sara immediately told me she couldn't look me up and that she didn't know anything about the call that took place 20 minutes prior to me arriving. She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.
