This is by far the worst Home Depot I have shopped at. Very unorganized and help is hard to find…read more Unlike other hardware stores and Home Depots, none of the employees speak or ask you if you need help. The selection of items that I was looking for is much better than Lowe's across the street, so that is the only reason why I patronized this location. It was a Saturday afternoon, and I saw a light fixture I wanted, but an entire forklift was sitting right in front of the one I wanted, so i had to be creative and move all the items beside it off the shelf to get the one I wanted, no workers were in sight btw. Then, the specific bathroom faucet that I wanted was on display, but I did not see the actual box on the shelf. I went online to see what stores had the faucet in stock, and it said the Warner Robbins store that I was currently at had 13. It showed aisle 9 and bin E2, so I proceeded to aisle 9 and could not find the item. Then I flagged down a young man who worked there and asked him where to find the item even showed him the web page, and he said E2 was the end cap and moved on. I searched for about 30 minutes, and even random men who didn't work there who were shopping offered to help me, yet I could not get any help from the actual workers. I had things to do, so I checked out the items in my cart and ordered the faucet for pickup since it was obvious that they would have to look for them. Instead of the 2 hours, pickups tend to take they emailed me 3 hours later saying my faucet was ready to be picked up. I went straight to the online pickup section, and the rude guy behind the counter was like, "You need something." Well, the sign did say online pick up, and I was standing there, so I thought it was obvious, but I told him anyway that I was picking up an online order. He asked me for an order #, when the website only says to show up with ID. He finally entered my name. Amazingly, my order popped up, and then he asked for ID. Once he noticed me taking pictures gearing up for this review, he was more polite. Thankfully, I ended up getting everything I needed that day due to the awesome selection, but the customer service is horrible. Unless you know exactly what you want and where to find it, this location is not worth your time and frustration.

I am a 55 years old woman that's only 5' tall and 120 lbs and had to help my husband doing the job their getting paid for. Totally unnaceptable!!!!! Think twice if you thinking about purchasing lumber or any kind of heavy item because you'll be doing it all by yourself, as for me I rather drive a little further and get help in a different hardware store , what a shame I've been a customer of Home Depot for so many years but not anymore

I agree and the reason why I stated it like that is because I was so thrilled when I had to shop for a specific purpose home improvement project. I went to visit my daughter in Georgia, when I arrived, I noticed that the toilet paper holder was broken. I was feeling bad because she needed it fixed. I am not going to say that she doesn't know how to fix it, nor will I say that she could not fix it. I will say, maybe she did not have the time because she works a lot. So I could not wait to show off my skills for this small home improvement project, so I did it while she was at work. This project took every bit of 25 minutes because someone did a half @$$ job. The just inserted the screws in the wall without putting an anchor in the wall. Had an anchor been placed in the wall, the project would have taken much less time. I had to extract the old units from the wall because the new unit had components that were larger than the present components that used to hold the toilet paper brackets onto the wall. Placing the new bracket called for wall anchors to be placed in the wall first because the hole was not loose and the previous screws were much too long. It seems like someone improvised just for the sake of finishing the job, no matter who it was attached to the wall. I attached the anchors, replaced the components and inserted new smaller screws and replaced the brackets. See all pics for details. My daughter was very happy, now they can store the toilet paper in the proper place and not have to stick the toilet paper anywhere. Lowes customer service was exceptionally pleasant, every one of them. I don't have any use for Lowe's Home Improvement while living in New York but If I am in the south, this would be my go-to place for home improvement projects. Lowe's Home Improvement has grills & charcoal, washer & dryers, refrigerators, ceiling fans, plants, lawnmowers and so much more. Lowe's Home Improvement allowed me to do something for my daughter without her asking and it allows me to make her very happy, at an affordable price. Thank you, Lowes, you helped me look like a hero for my daughter. Inspire more, Yelp more!

I will be able to find whatever I'm looking for at harbor freight for much less than the competitors. This visit was no different. I even got some ideas for accessory projects that I hadn't thought of before. Harbor freight even honored coupons that were listed online. All I had to do was pull up the website and let them scan the barcode. I recommend harbor freight.
