I have a brand new, weeks old, air conditioner that was installed incorrectly as far as filling with refrigerant and making all the adjustments of pressure and whatnot. The tech got here at 8: 45 and he was here until 11:00 a.m.. Turns out the AC was way overcharged with refrigerant. The air filter hadn't been changed in sometime, The tech couldn't figure out why we weren't getting enough airflow out of the vents in the house. Completely blocked air filter was the issue. I have an inherent distrust of car salesman, car repair shops, electricians, and AC guys. After watching the tech work for 5 minutes I knew I'd made the right choice in calling AireServ. This company is a franchise, all AirServe locations are franchises that are locally owned and operated. Part of the reason I chose them was because they are local Even though they have that nationally recognized name. I couldn't be happier. Thermostat is set to 72, the thermometer says 72. At every stage, they were exactly on-time, and the office staff kept me aware of which technician would arrive and what work to expect. One HUGE advantage of CENTRAL is that they are licensed and experienced in FOUR trades: Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing. As HVAC work often entails two or more of these areas, they can control both scheduling and quality of the work. For the electrical part, Connor was a true "artist" with the design and installation of a long run of wire in conduit. Made it almost invisible. Matt and Justin did an equally amazing job with the installation of two mini-split systems. Not only do they work perfectly, but they ensured the units were mounted in a way that gave both good performance and did not detract from the decor of the home. Both trades took exceptional care to keep[ the work areas safe and clean, and they always wore shoe covers inside. When they left, the home was cleaner than when they arrived. I was having an issue with my furnace cycling on and off on the first really cold day of the year,…read moreeven though it had run fine leading up to that day. Everyone I called was booked, of course, until I called McCrorie. I had never heard of this business until I needed someone, but they had good reviews, and once again, I needed a furnace fixed. The woman who answered the phone, can't remember her name unfortunately, was very friendly and compassionate to my needs. She put me on hold for a minute, and then told me that she could have someone there within 45 minutes, maybe sooner. In half an hour Joseph showed up and was very polite and professional as I explained the issue and everything that I tried. He took about an hour looking over, troubleshooting and testing my furnace. Found an easy fix and had it working like new. He explained some further minor issues that I might consider in the future, but furnace now working perfectly. I will definitely keep McCrorie Heating and Cooling in mind in the future. Thanks Joseph and McCrorie Team!

They were professional, personable, and competent. The communication with the office beforehand and with the plumbers during the work was excellent. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. No surprises during or after the repair. They did an excellent job preventing damage of the lawn during the excavation and repaired it afterwards better than I could have hoped. I would recommend Modern Plumbing to anyone, and they've certainly earned my business for any future needs.
