Thankfully it was a great experience. Friday and Saturday they were very busy, but most shelves had some inventory. Sunday was a more pleasant customer experience with lower crowds. Also the shelves were not ransacked. There was plenty of staff at every turn to ask for assistance. Checkouts were smooth with lots of staff. This has been an issue for a bit with customers being forced to checkouts. I know that I will be back.

For the average homeowner and YouTube mechanic, these tools work well. I used to be a craftsman tool guy only but have changed a bit with more and more places offering lifetime warranties. I believe they have a similar warranty but I have yet to break a tool. The great thing about this store is you will find tools and niknaks that you forgot you needed or they will solve some problem you forgot about. I wander the aisles and let the displays jar my memory of projects forgotten that need some odd tool you can only find at HF.

When she finally came to our house, she charged us $175, invoicing us from a business other than Village Garden Center. We had to chase her for the plan the contract offered. It was poorly done, hand-written in haste. We were never informed of this charge until she expected payment on the spot. Excavation of old, overgrown plantings required Village Garden Center gentleman to come give us a quote for clearing the area for new plantings. He looked at the plan we were provided and agreed there were too many plants. His final estimate provided no specificity of the plants and seemed pretty high. At least we could finally get this project done. He never called us back to schedule the job. After being strung along for almost a year, we gave up and found a more reputable landscaper.

Donna went out of her way to help me purchase some bushes/trees that were on display at the store. I needed help getting them into my car and delivered to my house: she volunteered to follow me to my house and help me unload them. She did this after her shift ended: an extraordinarily kind gesture on her part. This is not a store for "touchy-feely" customers: she and other employees are busy and don't seem like hand-holders. That said, Donna is knowledgeable and practical: proud to offer customer service to her neighbors.

Spent over a $1,000 on a new safe and when the guy was loading it he kept complaining about the…read morecrappy pallets that were being sent and how poor quality they were and were hard to work with. Drove a nicer truck that day and thought the issue would be the height of the truck and getting it loaded without hitting the tailgate. We were assured inside that wouldn't be an issue so we figured we didnt need to drive home just for a trailer (45min one way) the guy loads in then he's gone . They don't help whatsoever in just general guidance or any recommendations they just don't care once they get their money and it's on your truck. So leaving and getting just past Best Buy the safe just fell over, the straps went around the lower and middle part . THE PALLET was smaller then the safe placed on it and wobbly and fell apart! Pulled over and called the store NEVER ONCE did I ask for a refund or my truck payed for!! to try ensure that another person didnt just have a safe fall face first and wreck the mechanism to open it , it hit the side of my truck bed as well . The manager was the biggest jerk he couldn't care any less and instead of just listening to what just occurred and saying how maybe in the future they can help talk guide people better or even just sorry that happened the stupid asshole just sounded like a robot repeatedly saying tractor supply is not in charge of how we strap it. So it mattered none to all our experience and how what if this could have been worse and an accident or death!? Instead of being a make sure my ass is covered he SHOWED NO concern for the customer or the bad experience they had. AGAIN NEVER did I ask for any compensation at all! the girl who answered the phone telling her said "stop! Wait are you ok!?" The manager I spoke with he never had ANY attitude like that whatsoever and is the last person that should be dealing with people. A manager is suppose to care about what's going on and try and offer some solution EVEN IF ITS JUST fully listening , seeMing like you care and at least hoping the next time could be better and maybe we can try and just give you better advice or listen and see the pictures how the pallets are junk. The man kept saying how they have nothing to do with the pallets ....funny because I didn't bring my own . Parking can be challenging, but it's in front of the store and FREE, so there's that, it's a super nice higher end shopping area that I really like. I was immediately greeted upon entering. The hallmark of Pottery Barn are there displays and they absolutely did not disappoint. Every inch of the store was impeccably decorated. I purchased sheets and received assistance on sizing. I also received help on a nightstand which I put a hold on. Ultimately I released it the next day. Checkout was flawless. Full 5 stars and will return with being up in the area more often.

I called this store and spoke to Caroline regarding the Brandon 8x10 rug. It is a discontinued…read moreitem, therefore, there are none online and there were only a few left in different stores throughout the United States. Each time I called a store the sales staff was either too busy to help or told me that the rug was already on hold for another customer. Caroline was so helpful and reassuring that she had one in stock and that it was in new condition. I asked if she would be willing to ship the rug to me in California. She told me she would and took my information over the phone. She also made it clear that this was a final purchase because the rug is discontinued. I received the rug and couldn't be happier!!! Thank you for the above and beyond customer service, Caroline. I wish I could thank you in person!!!
