I have been trying to contact this company for 3 weeks to no avail because Roger Romero will not return my calls, emails or texts. Indeed, I found the case to be true. He was timely, professional, courteous, and knew how to work with the appraisers. He texts (!) and for a busy person like myself, it helps! He finished the project exactly when he told me, and I did refer my neighbor as well. Everytime I have had hail, he not only checks it, but also does it quickly...all I need to do is text him. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with a professional as him and his company. I would highly recommend him.

The technician Angelo was detailed and provided extensive service. The problem I encountered with Sandra was that she was very rude and demanded payment while I was at work and did not have a credit card on me. I have never Not paid for services rendered. Look back on my history of services with you. I have paid every single penny. I was not trying to get out of paying for service. This entire call was Sandra's behavior.

I was standing right there, and timed it. The technician said the warranty would not cover the service. The fee is always $75.00. He went on to tell me that if he wanted me to fix it they could easily be do it, BUT it would cost 75.00 plus $250.00. I called a competitor, explaining to him what was happening, and he told me that that was RIDICULOUS! I agreed. At that point, I had no choice but to give him the $75.00 for absolutely nothing! I asked him to leave my house. Talk about milking it! The technician failed to access the problem properly, and he knew very well that in El Paso with our hell-hot temperatures, we are hostages! We have no choice but to pay! Well, too bad! I was not going to pay it! I made an appointment with another company, and I know it is not going to cost that much! I do not recommend this business whatsoever! UPDATE: We hired a REPUTABLE company to determine what's wrong with the AC unit. Contrary to what Diaz is claiming, they were able to conclusively diagnose the problem without requiring us to pay the exorbitant amount for a "thorough cleaning" that Diaz kept demanding. The unit will need parts replaced, as it is very old, but it was not necessary to pay a large amount of money for "cleaning" in order to find that out, like Diaz was demanding. This company is just out to take your money. DO NOT HIRE THEM! Beware!
