I tried--believe me, I really did--but I guess they're not interested in selling new carts. First, I went to their website and filled out the contact forms twice. I also requested an appraisal for my trade-in. Both times, I was told someone would contact me. Nothing. No phone call, no email, no text--absolutely no response. So I drove to the store and spoke with the person in charge. I explained exactly what I was looking for, left all my information, and was told I'd receive a call that afternoon or the following day. It's now been over a week, and I'm still waiting. I even called again and left another message, but, as you've probably guessed by now, I never heard back. That's certainly one way to do business--but they won't be getting mine. read more

We purchased a 2024 Icon golf cart from Ace of Carts. Suddenly the golf cart was hesitating and does not hold a charge. I called and spoke to Devon. He informed me that the AGM batteries that are in the golf cart are horrible and they no longer use them. Also they are known to have a faulty charging system which he was also aware of. I asked if they could check it out since only 2 months out of warranty and he fully was aware that these batteries and charging system were horrible. He was still going to charge a $135 diagnostic fee. Poor poor customer service! the next day he called and said they decided to do the diagnostic test for free. But I refused that offer as lost all confidence in them since they should have offered that in the first place out of good faith and good business practice. They don't have the best reputation or rating. Decided to deal to Icon corporate which they are not much better. Found a reputable and highly recommended shop. A shame since Ace of Carts right up the street! read more

Called in to ask if they could test one of my batteries in my golf cart. I told them it never charges to 100% and it's less than 3 years old. They wouldn't test the battery but told me I could come in and get a new set of batteries for $3,500 which seems excessive and unprofessional. Why wouldn't you want to test to see if you could replace one battery? Oh yeah you can get a whole set for $3,500. Would not recommend this place to anyone, not even enemies. If I could rate this a zero Stars I would. read more

Be careful if you're looking for a street legal golf cart. I was sold on the fact that the cart I was buying was street legal. It was not. It needed to have a Certificate of Origin To make it street legal. When I asked I was told they could obtain it for me for $1,500.00. Or do the work to obtain myself. Never talked about told me, my wife, daughter and son in law "if you buy this one it's already street legal. Described all the items making it street legal. Never mentioned it needed a Certificate of Origin. Don't let it happen to you. Be sure obtain the Certificate of Origin if you want a street legal. remember The sales person is there to tell you what they think you want to hear not everything may be true. read more

Absolute worst service. Someone hit me at a 4 way stop with damage to my cart. My Epic is a 2023 and this pathetic dealership cannot get non warranted parts. They are great on selling you a cart. They suck at service. Beware. read more

I purchased a 2024 Gorilla golf cart in February of 2024 from Ace of Carts. In April of 2025 I took my Golf Cart to Ace of Carts for a scheduled maintenance appointment. For approximately one year, this golf cart ran without any issues. When I went in for maintenance, I explained that I had started to experience rapid depletion of battery power and simultaneous significant loss of speed reduction. Ace of Carts made 2 attempts to repair the golf cart; and each time I was told it was fixed. In June of 2025, Ace of Carts returned my golf cart to me for the 3rd and final time. Once again, I was advised the issues had been fixed. They stated, verbally, that they had rebuilt my golf cart with all new parts; including: replacing the BMS data board, replacing the lithium battery, and replacing the motor, controller and e-brake. Despite repeated requests, to date, no invoice or other written documentation, has been provided to me to include dates of service, list of parts, description of work performed, etc. As of July, 2025, I am still experiencing the same issues, in addition to a new issue which has made my golf cart inoperable. My golf cart is worse now than the day I took it in for its scheduled maintenance. The sporadic communication as well as lack of transparency, by Ace of Carts has been frustrating. The only concession Ace of Carts has offered was not acceptable, as well as insulting. I am still left with an inoperable golf cart read more

Ace of Carts The 2020 golf cart I paid approximately $10,000 cash for, was delivered on 9/8/20, with about 3 miles on the odometer. After driving it less than a mile, it leaked a puddle of oil on my garage floor! I called Ace of Carts and they picked it up within a few days to fix the leak. When they returned it, almost 2 weeks later, there was no explanation of what the problem was, what they did to resolve it, nothing. My concern is that if there were metal shavings when they drained the oil, if they even drained the oil, there will inevitably be engine issues at some point. The delivery driver left a vm for someone to call back with an explanation. I never received a call back! I called and left a few more messages requesting the information but never received a call back. A woman from Ace Of Carts called about where to email the warrenty information to. I gave her my email address and also mentioned that I still had not received a call about the oil leak. I told her I didn't feel comfortable driving it too much until I knew what the issue was. She said she would have someone call me ASAP. I never received a call about the oil leak OR an email with the warranty information!! I left a couple more messages and still no response...on either issue. I leave a piece of cardboard under the cart and there is oil on it, I believe from the differential this time. It's not as much as when it was leaking from the engine but considering it is BRAND NEW with approximately only 5 miles on it, this should NOT be happening! To add to it, the battery is now dead! It's been almost 6 months and still NOTHING! At this point I don't trust them and just want my money back! read more

My experience with ace of carts was nothing short of abysmal. the worst is how each and everyone from salesmen to store manager lie to you about what is going on with your cart. i bought the cart in june 2022. From the day I had it the cart it shook horribly right through the steering column. When they took it back to shop first time to put on accessories, they returned the cart saying nothing wrong with steering ,front end or alignment. tires just needed air. Cart continued to shake. Eventually the front tires were so worn they looked like slicks. they picked up cart, put on two "new" tires and brought back. they told me the tires wore out because I had 800 miles on the cart and had not rotated tires. I play golf with guys that have had their carts for 4 years with the same tires and they are not worn out and have never rotated them. Cart still shook miserably confirmed by the tow truck delivery guy so he took the cart back to them again. They took it back and put 4 "new " tires on and the manger accompanied the tow truck and told me that the cart shook no more than any other Club Car. He said this with a straight face. I laughed and told him it wasn't right and I was not paying him (they "generously" wanted to split the price of the tires. how nice of them. ) I contacted a friend in the complex I live in that works on golf carts as a hobby. He took the cart out for a spin and said they were right, nothing wrong with front end. It was the tires. He said these tires probably cost them $15 a piece. He replaced them with a brand name cart tire (Oh, I forgot to mention that they gave me the cart with no name tires and replaced with the same. When asked why they had no name they replied they were made proprietary for Club Car. Club Car has no proprietary tires. All my other friends with club car have brand names on their tires. not these!) with the new tires the cart runs like a champ. Maybe they took the originally tires off of my cart and replaced them with this junk. They still insisted that Club Car recommends rotating tires every 500 miles. I asked for proof and got none. They are incompetent lying thieves. Doing business with them is like throwing money out the window. My guess is that when the cart came from Club Car they replaced the original tires with the "proprietary club car tires" of which there are none. I called other Club Car dealers. They all had carts with brand name tires on them. What kind of business rips off their customers new tires, puts on faulty ones then continues the ruse with babble about not rotating tires at 500 miles? And why does Club Car still allow them to do this with no oversight? Surely there have been numerous complaints to Club Car. The receptionist at Club Car wouldn't answer my questions but did address my concerns by referring me to another dealer in the area that "had a better reputation for their service". Wow.
