I arrived here with pretty high expectations not all of them necessarily dependent on a high end resort experience but more towards a quiet relaxing setting with a beautiful view, a well maintained facility with full hookups that can accommodate my MotorCoach and great management. I stopped in at the camp store / office to meet the staff prior to just driving through I was a little surprised to see such a beautifully stocked camp store they have all the necessities and more. I was greeted by Steve and after learning a little about the ownership and a little bit of the history here I was offered a short tour to the lake view site I was interested in. This place is exactly what I was hoping it would be, small, quiet and well maintained, the road is rock based and well maintained as are the sites, the sites have great utilities, fire rings, the campground has a inviting swimming pool, a beautiful fishing pier, boat docks it's definitely a fisherman's paradise and being the lake is brackish they have blue crabs just waiting to be caught and incorporated into a delicious entrée, I have few in mind. Well after checking it out I couldn't resist making a reservation and booked an extended stay in April and was able to get the camp site right on the water, there no doubt I'll need to update this review once I stay here so there's more to come...

It's now been over a week, and I'm still waiting. I even called again and left another message, but, as you've probably guessed by now, I never heard back. Problems: Speed: Sold as LSV 20-25 mph capable. It only does 19 mph. Financing: Quoted $212/mo @ 5.99%. Contract came back with different payment and rate. Emailed owner Jimmy -- no response. The payment difference isn't huge, and I would've accepted it upfront. Issue is being told one thing and sold another. Tip for other buyers, that I should have done myself. Get everything in writing before you leave. 1 star for friendly staff and helping with tags. Losing 4 stars for misrepresentation and no follow-up. He told me ok , 1000 bucks 50 transport each way. He said most ppl get about 10 more miles per hour. My cart was getting 19 barely pressed.... I have been waiting days for my $251.22 back. I've texted, I've called, I've offered payment solutions i have bias paypal, venmo, or cash app. My bank has nothing. He claims he refunded it on his end. Here i sit out $250+, week of waiting, and he won't respond to my messages on a solution. Don't rent from this man! I highly do not recommend! I will update as soon as soon as the owner learns to communicate and answer to me and gets my hard earned money back to me. Poor communication. Jank refund process. Unfamiliar with his own website.
