On or about the second week of February 2026, it was Discovered that Ace of Carts located at 4880 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, Florida 34997, Misrepresented the sale of Stock #102871, Year 2021, Make Icon, Model I 40, Vin number JE1814862328 golf Cart to my at the time 88 and 86 year old parents. Mom wasn't driving and needed to get to her friends so they went to Ace of Carts on June 18th, 2021 and purchased the cart. The cash cost after adding a back seat was $6,370 including tax and Trade in. It was delivered June 30th,2021 12 days later and paid the balance. The cart was barely used as mom is now living in Alto Assisted Living in Stuart, They had the cart serviced in June of 2023. even though it was rarely used. The batteries are 8 years old and must be replaced. . In February 2026 a woman who buys and sells golf carts came to their home to look at the condition of the cart. She stated It wasn't a 2021 Icon I40 but it was a 2018 Club cart. She explained how the year is Identified through the Vin number as I. had no idea. After she left, I verified what she had, stating that the first 2 numbers of the Vin are the year it was manufactured, which is 18 as the Vin number on the cart is JE1814862328. and she was correct. The Vin number is correct on the cart but the Year, Make and Model were all for a different cart which isn't what was on the BOS or the Transaction receipt or CC receipt'. I called to talk to whomever was in charge and was given a number to text. It took a few days to get a reply saying " I apologize as the season is coming to an end we are not looking to buy any used carts. back. He said that it was a clerical mistake on the BOS as the Vin number on the cart. matched the BOS. Mr. Rotundo offered to replace it with a 2021 Icon I40 golf cart which I have no use for as mom is in the Assisted Living facility or give me $1600 for the cart which was an insult. I have the paperwork as well as pictures of the Vin and batteries. I sent him a demand letter for the full refund of the $6,370 with the pickup of the wrong item delivered in which Ace of Carts committed fraud and needs to be held accountable for its actions. I have Three Florida Statutes. 1.FS 501.9756(13) is the unlawful act for a dealer to "misrepresent the previous usage or status. Of a vehicle (selling a 2018 Club Car vs a 2021 Icon I 40) 2.FS 501.2077 Violation against Senior citizens This allows for a $15,000 civil penalty for each violation because my parents were over 60 , 88 and 86 at the time of purchase 3.FS 95.031(2)(a) the Discovery Rule which proves the 4 year clock starts February 2026 not June 2021. I have the original BOS, the Transaction receipt, the cc receipt, along with the texts, emails and the pictures of the cart . I would appreciate any and all help with the recovery of the money along with the return of a golf cart which is 3 years older than described with batteries and that needs to be changed. The credit card receipt states they bought a 2021 Icon I 40 and a 2018 Club Car. The GM (must be the son) says the Make, Model, Year and color are Clerical Mistakes. I was under the impression that a BOS is a contract and because the Vin matched the cart on the BOS, its all clerical. When I did a google review, his replies were Its black and not line green and that's a clerical error as well and I didn't post the screenshot where he would exchange it for a USED 2021 Icon I 40 cart which he has in stock or thinks I'm an ass to take $1600 for it. 1. Mom is 91 and in Assisted Living and can't use it as I told him. 2. He states that AOC (not her) will continue to work with me. No thank you and now the 2018 needs 6 new batteries which would be around $1500 3. Discovery starts in February when I tried to sell it 4. None of the mngt team, sales team or delivery driver noticed 12 days later on the delivery date that it was the wrong cart but expect a 88 and 86 year old persons to check the Vin number to make sure its the right cart??? 5. To say on his reply to my Google review I didn't post the screenshot of his trying to help(Screw 1 more time) by saying the difference between a 2018 and a 2021 is only a few $100. Great customer service. Should have said FU, we screwed SENIORS. Or I could trade for a Used 2021 Icon I 40. Seriously? 6. The signed credit card receipt says 2021 I con I8 40. 7. The cart was serviced in 2023 after 2 years. When I looked at the bill, there was nothing about what was being serviced. Could have been a bicycle who knows. 8. The BOS says cash sale. hmmm I wonder how much it was originally? He states they paid $5500 for it. Would that be considered a clerical mistake when it clearly states they paid $6370? 9. If they do inventory, they would have a plus one on 2021 Icon I 40 and a minus one on 2018 Icon I 40. Why look for it, they made out like a bandit. 10. Civil Court here we come! read more

I was having an issue with my cart charging. I explained the issue and made arrangements to pick it up. They called back a week later said there technician went through the entire cart and it was bad batteries. I asked them if they were sure because I had recently replaced them (within 2 year). They said it had to be the batteries. $1600. I agreed to replace them. I get the cart back and notice it's still not charging all the way and wires weren't secured fully after the battery swap. I tightened the connection myself hoping it would fit the issue. Nope. Called them back and had them pick it up again on warranty of work. They then said it was the charger and it would coast $600. This was after the delivery drive joke with me about them just guessing so I can sink money into it. I told them to forget it and to return my property. This was on a Thursday. Monday they call asking for payment. Said it would be $150. We went back and forth and finally a week later I got my cart back. Still not working. I can't advise enough to STAY AWAY from this place and go somewhere else! read more

BUYERS BEWARE ! They don't let you how absolutely awful their service department is. Don't show up on their schedule date/time after waiting 3 weeks. Don't tell you about the outrageous Service charge after few days past your 90 days which they never mentioned. They make you think they will take care of you & everything. They charge $150 dollars to just pull the plastic trunk lock lever out. Took them 2 seconds. Never been used. Didn't even pull the cart out of our garage. Love my golf cart but so sorry to have such an awful service experience. Wish I would have gone elsewhere. read more

Update: while initial service was quick and good, follow up is not... Have had an ongoing squeaking noise from my cart since the suspension work... Also, I have reached out to them to get an extended roof for my cart repeatedly, and told it was ordered and I'd get a call when it arrived, only to be left waiting and no follow up to messages checking on status.. Save yourself the wait and order the roof yourself! Very easy to install and you'll save hundreds $$. read more

Follow up to my previous Nov 15, 2024 Review (Robert/Hobe Sound, FL). I went to the Stuart FL Ace of Carts facility where my Club Car was in the service department to finally get a chance to talk with the Office Manager JR about why after weeks of costly service charges the problem of my cart not running still existed. JR reply was why did I write up a bad review of the service failure to diagnose and fix my problem i asked them to fix. And to tell me how ungrateful I was for him replacing my 6 48 Volt batteries and front end service, which had nothing to do with fixing my problem and did not get my permission to do that service. And his answer to why it took weeks to diagnose what the problem was causing my problem, which he said was causing the shorting out of the Electrical wiring harness and the reason my cart would not run. Then he told me he could not understand why his offer of a newer used model at a reduced price of $ 3,500.00 and my replaced batteries I had paid for in this cart would be turned down. And the final comment of willing to reduce the $ 1,000.00 charge for the Electrical Wiring Harness & Labor in half to finally fix the problem, but because I wrote a bad review he would Not fix the problem and return my cart to me this week to find some one else to do the repair work. No wonder why he gets an F minus for customer service and charged me $ 1,800.00 dollars and has not and will not fix the original problem I asked them to fix weeks ago. I went there to buy a preowned Cart, and the owner or Manager took me to the back... the very very back of the lot and was not helpful or specific He would speak in Broad terms, random price ranges and looked almost un interested in closing a sale, Did not have an inventory or price lists, and did not even ask me how much I was willing to spend or talk about any type of offers or incentives, it seemed like he did not even want to close a deal. The manager at the Port St Lucie location who oversees the mechanics etc didnt want to take ownership for addressing the issue!! The experience we've had with them is shocking. Many ppl from the Tradition area of Port St Lucie warned us Not to buy from them because of horrible experiences. My son went in person. I purchased a New Street Legal Golf Cart in December and I am still waiting for my license plate, it is now almost March.

I had my golf cart serviced here in August of 2022, had all four new tires put on. I just thought that I had a nail in one of the tires the lug nuts were put on so tight I can't loosen them, I have an impact wrench try it no luck, I ask a neighbor who is a mechanic to see if he could help me, he tried even got a pipe on the end of the wrench still could not break any of them loose, tries other wheels same thing. Since the cart always is the the garage never out in the weather I though a reasonable would be to ask when ACE of Carts had some on in the area to stop by and loosen them. Very much to my disappointment I was told it would be 150.00 to have some come out, tried to explain no rush just when someone was in the area. They picked the cart up and delivered it which I paid extra for. So if your looking for people that stand behind their work look elsewhere not here. Tried talking to the mgr. she would not listen its 150.00 that's it an hung up on me. A great way to treat customers. read more

I bought a $10K golf cart from these people and paid the extra $1K to get it upgraded to street legal. They didn't have the windshield in stock so they said they would install it when it came in. When they came out to install it they had to drill a hole in the windshield to put the wiper on. While drilling the hole they put a very small crack in the windshield where the wiper went in. This crack grew larger and larger over time. I called them to let them know and they came back out to replace it and did the exact same thing. I now have another cracked windshield and they are now telling me if I want it fixed I have to pay $150 for them to pickup the cart or to come to my house to fix it. My question is why keep drilling holes in the windshield with a standard drill if it keeps cracking the windshield. Einstein's definition of insanity. So I basically paid $1K to have my cart street legal and they have yet to fulfill that purchase and want to charge me additional to do so. There are enough golf cart companies in the areas. Go somewhere else where they will take care of their clients and do the right thing. read more

my experience with ace of carts was nothing short of abysmal. the worst is how each and everyone from salesmen to store manager lie to you about what is going on with your cart. i bought the cart in june 2022. from the day i had it the cart it shook horribly right through the steering column. when they took it back to shop first time to put on accessories, they returned the cart saying nothing wrong with steering ,front end or alignment. tires just needed air. cart continued to shake. eventually the front tires were so worn they looked like slicks. they picked up cart, put on two "new" tires and brought back. they told me the tires wore out because i had 800 miles on the cart and had not rotated tires. i play golf with guys that have had their carts for 4 years with the same tires and they are not worn out. cart still shook miserably. they took it back and put 4 "new " tires on and the manger accompanied the tow truck and told me that the cart shook no more than any other club car. i laughed and told him it wasnt right and i was not paying him (they "generously" wanted to split the price of the tires. how nice of them. ) i contacted a friend in the complex i live in that works on golf carts as a hobby. he took the cart out for a spin and said they were right, nothing wrong with front end. it was the tires. he said these tires probably cost them $15 a piece. he replaced them with a brand name cart tire (oh, i forgot to mention that they gave me the cart with no name tires and replaced with the same. when asked why they had no name they replied they were made proprietary for club car. club car has no proprietary tires. all my other friends with club car have brand names on their tires. not these!) with the new tires the cart runs like a champ. maybe they took the originally tires off of my cart and replaced them with this junk. they still insisted that club car recommends rotating tires every 500 miles. i asked for proof and got none. they are incompetent lying thieves. doing business with them is like throwing money out the window read more
