Beware, this place is going downhill fast. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had in…read moremy life- go to a real place like ESK Golf Carts which is nearby. Sent them my golf cart to fix the wiring, and passed by the shop after they told me the wiring was done. To my surprise, the work was not completed/tested when I arrived (look at the images, loose trim pieces and disconnected battieries- im sure they will come up with some excuse as to why they did that). They refused to test the cart with their own test batteries to make sure the wiring was correct, and went back the following week to deliver a new one for THEM. However, when I came back the second time they seemed to be more focused on running up a $300 repair into almost $2,500- starting with about $450 in labor I did not approve or see perfomed, selling me of their own batteries for over $1,000, and another $800 for a controller which they said was "could" be damaged but refused to confirm if it was. By the way, I supplied a secondary controller, but didn't bother testing the controller I provided (I wonder why). Seems like the typical mechanic shop scam, they quote you one thing and then try to run up a huge tab while unable to prove the work was succesfully completed. Stay away!

At first, we were excited about using Zeke's golf carts as transportation to the Pelican Club. We were so excited to do something nontraditional yet fun for transportation. Unfortunately, that illusion fell apart on our wedding day. The morning of the wedding everything went well, Zeke showed up to introduce himself when the bridal party was going over to the venue. It was when returning from the wedding to the hotel that things went very south, very quickly. To preface, it rained before the ceremony, and the rest of the evening was clear skies. When booking, we were assured that the golf carts would be fully covered in light of rain. That assurance was one of the reasons we felt confident moving forward. However, day-of, there was no clear communication, and absolutely no preparation for inclement weather. Instead of what we were promised, ONE SUV was inexplicably assigned to shuttle 135 people! At no point was this ever discussed, suggested, or agreed upon. Embarrassing was an understatement. The crazy part is, it wasn't even raining at the time of pick up which makes me believe Zeke's was not prepared in the first place, and just straight up robbing me. As a result, our guests called Ubers to get back to the hotel. I called Zeke multiple times to get clarity or help, and was ignored completely. In hindsight, the lack of a formal contract should have been the red flag but we trusted the early rapport. That trust was entirely misplaced. If you're planning a wedding or any large-scale event, I cannot stress this enough: do not rely on this company. They were nowhere to be found when we needed them most, and that's simply unacceptable. Time stamp on picture was 11:30pm... wedding ended at 11pm.
