Evolution makes a great golf cart. My issue is with Jupiter Golf Carts' service department and warranty support. In March 2026, I began experiencing a warranty issue with the touchscreen display. Since then, I've received nothing but runaround answers, excuses, and unreturned phone calls. Every time I follow up, I'm told there are shipping delays, parts aren't available, or some other reason why the issue still hasn't been resolved. On most occasions, I'm told that someone will call me back, but that callback never comes. After months of patience and repeated attempts to get an update, I finally decided to contact Evolution directly. The representative at Evolution was helpful and advised me to work with another local dealer. What was especially concerning was that, before I even mentioned the dealer's name, the representative appeared to know exactly who I was referring to and indicated that Jupiter Golf Carts had a history of service-related complaints. If you're looking for a golf cart, I highly recommend the Evolution D5. It's been a great vehicle and has exceeded my expectations. However, I would strongly recommend avoiding Jupiter Golf Carts for both service and future purchases. My experience with their customer service, communication, and warranty support has been extremely disappointing.

We were so excited to do something nontraditional yet fun for transportation. Unfortunately, that illusion fell apart on our wedding day. The morning of the wedding everything went well, Zeke showed up to introduce himself when the bridal party was going over to the venue. It was when returning from the wedding to the hotel that things went very south, very quickly. To preface, it rained before the ceremony, and the rest of the evening was clear skies. When booking, we were assured that the golf carts would be fully covered in light of rain. That assurance was one of the reasons we felt confident moving forward. However, day-of, there was no clear communication, and absolutely no preparation for inclement weather. Instead of what we were promised, ONE SUV was inexplicably assigned to shuttle 135 people! At no point was this ever discussed, suggested, or agreed upon. Embarrassing was an understatement. The crazy part is, it wasn't even raining at the time of pick up which makes me believe Zeke's was not prepared in the first place, and just straight up robbing me. As a result, our guests called Ubers to get back to the hotel. I called Zeke multiple times to get clarity or help, and was ignored completely. In hindsight, the lack of a formal contract should have been the red flag but we trusted the early rapport. That trust was entirely misplaced. If you're planning a wedding or any large-scale event, I cannot stress this enough: do not rely on this company. They were nowhere to be found when we needed them most, and that's simply unacceptable. Time stamp on picture was 11:30pm... wedding ended at 11pm.

I called and he gave me an excuse so we made an appointment for today at 8 AM. When he did not arrive by 9:00 I called twice and he did not answer the phone. After I texted him, he responded that he was not coming today. I do not understand why he did not have the courtesy to call to cancel both days. Not showing up or calling to cancel 2 appointments is not the way to run a business.

Well we had a few year old navy blue Lexus that we were giving to my son. I wanted it to be the beautiful shiny car. I brought it to Palm Beach Ceramics and Bruce gave me a price and said the would do a paint correction and a multi year ceramic coating and it would look great again. Well nothing better than coming through on a promise. It looked as good as the day I washed it for the first time. I was so happy I brought home my wife's new Lexus and it looks amazing yes actually better than the day we got it. Nice to find an honest guy that does a great job. I am sure I will be back.

I called Wednesday January 14th to ask about when I got drop my Porsche off as it was leaking oil. The receptionist told me to bring it in Friday morning and they would look at it that day and let me know about repairs needed. I arranged a rental car and dropped my car off Friday morning at 8:45a . Did not hear from them at all Friday, so called Saturday. My car still hadn't been looked at so I was told to call Monday. I called Monday at noon and was told someone would call me back. I finally got a call back at 4pm Monday asking if I had recently gotten an oil change, which I said I had. The mechanic informed me the oil plug wasn't sealed correctly and asked me to take it back to whoever did the oil change. He also let me know there were other leaks in the engine and I needed new engine mounts. When I asked for the estimate for the above, he told me I wouldn't want to pay that much and I repeated that I'd like an estimate. He then told me it was too big of a job for him to take on during season. My boyfriend had to ask him twice more to just fix the oil plug for me and change the oil again. We finally picked the car up Tuesday afternoon and he still had to replace an oil stopper stick that I was apparently missing. This was the first time this part had been brought up, but fine. The oil change sensor was never reset and my car was lower on oil than when I brought it in so I still had to take it elsewhere to add oil. The mechanic recommended I take it to another person he knew who worked on Porsche's out of his house and I said absolutely not. Overall this was an absolute waste of money for my car to be there Friday am to Tuesday pm, be out money for a rental car I wouldn't have needed if proper communication was present, and still have to beg for a minor fix. I should have taken it to the dealership in the first place and put my money towards actual repairs instead of a wasted rental car and a lazy mechanic who didn't want to do any work on my car.
