    You will be very sorry if you purchase a golf cart from them!…read more Told me there would be up to 10 day delay on the delivery if I paid final balance by check. Refused to text or email me a copy of my paid receipt after delivery. Told I had to go to their shop for the receipt?!?! Had to wait 6 hours for them to come over to repair the golf cart one week after it was delivered when it died in the middle of the road! Refused to include promised 22 gauge appropriate extension cord and substituted it with old, filthy, burnt inappropriate cord. Accepted credit card for deposit but then refused to take credit card for balance. Nothing in writing states deposit is not refundable. Which he then claimed was the policy.... Nothing in writing states all sales are final. Which he then claimed was the policy... If you're buying a golf cart go to a different place that is a reputable company with clearly written policies!

Rattling noise in front they were supposed to come out and fix that and the parking brake and never came. 4. I had the rattle fixed by someone else but they couldn't fix the parking brake. 5. Called again and finally got them to come, brake worked TWICE. 6 Again had someone try to fix it and they said the ENTIRE gas pedal/brake assembly has to be replaced...this cart was supposedly totally refurbished I have the golf cart less then 3 months. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!

    Beware, this place is going downhill fast. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had in…read moremy life- go to a real place like ESK Golf Carts which is nearby. Sent them my golf cart to fix the wiring, and passed by the shop after they told me the wiring was done. To my surprise, the work was not completed/tested when I arrived (look at the images, loose trim pieces and disconnected battieries- im sure they will come up with some excuse as to why they did that). They refused to test the cart with their own test batteries to make sure the wiring was correct, and went back the following week to deliver a new one for THEM. However, when I came back the second time they seemed to be more focused on running up a $300 repair into almost $2,500- starting with about $450 in labor I did not approve or see perfomed, selling me of their own batteries for over $1,000, and another $800 for a controller which they said was "could" be damaged but refused to confirm if it was. By the way, I supplied a secondary controller, but didn't bother testing the controller I provided (I wonder why). Seems like the typical mechanic shop scam, they quote you one thing and then try to run up a huge tab while unable to prove the work was succesfully completed. Stay away!

I paid in full for a brand-new golf cart on April 25, 2026, and was told delivery would take 5-7 business days. After that deadline passed, I received multiple explanations and changing stories about why my cart had not arrived. I later learned that the original cart intended for me had been sold to someone else. Over the following weeks, I was repeatedly given new delivery dates and told that a replacement was coming directly from the manufacturer. Instead, the cart that was eventually delivered had apparently been sitting for some time after another sale fell through. When the cart arrived, it was missing items, dirty, and had numerous defects. The delivery driver initially stated there were no keys, although they were later found in the glove compartment. There was no charger, no license plate bracket installation, and no explanation of the vehicle's features. The cart also had scratches, cracks, paint defects, rust, a warped roof, and a malfunctioning display screen. Despite documenting these issues immediately, service was delayed and many of the problems remained unresolved. After paying for a new golf cart and waiting over a month, I was told that my only option was to accept repairs rather than receive the new, fully functioning vehicle I purchased or a refund. The lack of communication, changing explanations, poor quality control, and unwillingness to stand behind the product have been extremely disappointing. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, I strongly recommend doing extensive research and getting every promise in writing before committing.

I…read morecalled them to fix two of my mowers and the service rep started to raise his voice, argue and then proceeded to hung up the phone over a simple question that I asked. I simply wanted to find out when the repair would be finalized. Initially they said it might take up to two weeks. It's already been two weeks, and now they told me it might take up to three weeks, for a repair. I called them three days ago and they informed me that they will repair it that day. It's good to note that the repair on one of the mowers is for a line that they just installed and it started leaking after one use. I really did not appreciate the service experience. The owner should do a better job at training his employees in proper client service etiquette, especially for long time clients.

Tell how the hell you charge a customer additional after the fact . There is no disclaimer on my original paid invoice. They lost a customer for future business over this unfair practice and all over $7.40 cents. DUMB !!! In fact I just went to Green Thumb Lawn and purchased a commercial mower and will be need additional commercial equipment!!! The guy at Southern Lawn tells me thank you see you again and I said no you won't!!! People stick to Green Thumb Lawn off Truck and Trailer Way off Southern next to turnpike!!!
