Frank was able to find deficiencies in movement I wasn't aware of. We worked the issues with manipulation, strength and flexability training with all the best equipment in the office. Frank appears to be a little OCD about cleanliness and I appreciate this quirk. At the end of each session we finished with a massage and the feel good machine. I was able to avoid surgery because of the work we did. Frank gave me the best advice to purchase splints to wear at night. The splints keep me from sleeping with my hands and wrists in unhealthy positions. It has changed my life by raising my sleep score by 30pts daily. My advice is, at the least, try whatever Frank tells you to do. It will benefit you immensely.

I THANK GOD for the people who I have worked with. I wish they gave you something to talk about and share with others. I told a therapist, that every now and then. I made a good faith effort to have a real conversation with their office manager. It was IMPOSSIBLE. Everyone in the world has insurance today. But, he refused to accept my new insurance which is actually one of the top three nationally. He said, "Cash basis only!" When I asked him to put that in writing and/or email, he refused! That's not just a problem. That is a HUGE RED FLAG! IMHO. His "cash basis only" seems like a highly unlikely scenario in 2026! Then, you should also be aware of his inability to articulate in a clear & concise manner. He says the same thing repeatedly...four of five times each!!! For example, "We are no longer independent." (five times) "We are owned by Methodist hospital." (four times) Either he has dementia and repeats things over & over again or his English is so limited that he is unable to elaborate beyond a few key phrases. If you are expecting him to actually listen to you as the patient, your expectations are misplaced. He will continually speak over you...not to convey anything new...only to force you to listen to something that he has already said. REPEATEDLY! He enjoys the sound of his own voice so much that he fails to listen at all. Failure to listen to the patient proves that he has his own agenda. That lack of respect that he shows towards the patient's input is so unsettling that I have chosen to look for another physical therapy office in our area. That won't be too difficult. There seems to be one on every other corner. I suggest that you look elsewhere too.

They helped where others failed to help me and I would like to sing their praises. Side Note: The pics that I am seeing on Yelp are from a prior office btw. For my entire, nearly 2000+ word review, see Wellness Dallas' FB page or go here: docs.google.com/document/d/1TCCllrsUKASy0sp9rjUVpWUSeHDGocKDRjZP1T2VZNY/edit?usp=sharing THE NUTSHELL: go to Airrosti Overall, I give this place 2 stars...they DID NOT solve my problem. The stars I do give are because they eventually pushed me into the hands of a provider who is solving my problems and that the staff is nice/apologetic albeit unorganized. However, the level of service from the staff is not on par with Dr. K...and they make that fact very obvious once you've been there a few times. I regret spending my HSA funds on this out-of-network practice. In hindsight, it's probably never wise to expect much from a service provider using a Groupon for new clients. THE GOOD: I thoroughly enjoyed a particular adjustment that was outside the standard set and performed with a flat tool. The roller massage beds are nice as well. THE BAD: I came in for my "report of findings" after my last exam, and the "new girl" scheduled me on a day that they don't see patients. I did receive a phone call about the bad booking a WHOLE 8 MINUTES BEFORE my appointment. Not only did I waste 30 minutes of my time driving, but I have special-needs kids at home, so every time I leave my house, I PAY for a special caregiver. But don't get it twisted, I don't blame the new staff -- THEY ARE NEW! I place fault on the office manager. She's either not training effectively or keeping the proper office culture that's positive enough to make staff stay long term. She needs to be either relieved or coached. IF YOU INVEST IN PEOPLE, THEY WILL STAY. With such a small office, loyal staff reassures clients who seek a consistent face that is both confident and knowledgeable about the place they work at. THE UGLY: At this point, I'm not even interested in my final report as it's just a veiled sales pitch into another care plan. SKIP. THIS. PLACE. You shouldn't have to come to a place for relief and leave pissed. I've listed all the issues in the full review. Again, there's a 3-year old review about this place being disorganized, and they still haven't fixed the issue. I place my bad experience solely on the shoulders of the leadership team. I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area -- whether it's chronic pain, athletic damage, or from a car crash, she was able to handle it all.
