When I reached out for a paid service visit, they abruptly refused to help, citing a "policy" I had never been told about. What followed was one of the most dismissive and unprofessional customer interactions I've ever experienced. The confusion began because the irrigation map Adler provided was misleading, which directly caused me to believe a zone was still malfunctioning. Instead of listening, confirming the facts, or returning my call, they terminated service altogether -- using policy as a shield for their own error. What could have been solved in a five-minute conversation turned into a complete breakdown of professionalism. The tone of their response was arrogant, condescending, and entirely devoid of the respect a paying customer deserves. Businesses reveal their true character when something goes wrong. Adler Irrigation chose defensiveness over accountability -- and that says everything you need to know.
