Review Title: A disappointing display of arrogance and poor customer service I've used Adler Irrigation for several years and had generally been satisfied with their work -- until recently. When I reached out for a paid service visit, they abruptly refused to help, citing a "policy" I had never been told about. What followed was one of the most dismissive and unprofessional customer interactions I've ever experienced. The confusion began because the irrigation map Adler provided was misleading, which directly caused me to believe a zone was still malfunctioning. Instead of listening, confirming the facts, or returning my call, they terminated service altogether -- using policy as a shield for their own error. What could have been solved in a five-minute conversation turned into a complete breakdown of professionalism. The tone of their response was arrogant, condescending, and entirely devoid of the respect a paying customer deserves. Businesses reveal their true character when something goes wrong. They overcharge for service calls and inflate their invoices. Electricians and Plumbers charge less. Make sure you shop around before giving them your business. I needed a sprinkler system simply "unlocked." They were in the area and they charged $150.00. Extremely excessive. And the attitude I received after noting this was unacceptable. read more

Sara & Jeremy are a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent, they are prompt and on-time, Jeremey takes care of business and has been honest & transparent in each our two interactions. Does a great job of explaining the challenge at hand, and of course fixing the problem. Highly recommend this team for any issues you might have - pricing is reasonable and the work high quality. From what I've seen, folks in our neighborhood that have irrigation issues uses this team for good reason. I do too. read more

Adler came out to give us a price on several areas that needed irrigation help. Their quote on our front garden was $600-$900.. we accepted their quote, understanding that time and materials make a 'secure price estimate' difficult. They came, added some irrigation heads and beefed up the water pressure by combining one zone with another. This took a bit less than 1 hour. I was charged $740.00. I thought perhaps the job was either miraculously difficult, or, I had just been ripped off... I set out to find out, did my due diligence, and found I had been $300-$400 overcharged. When I wrote them the check I erroneously wrote it out for $750. Rather than $740. Voiding their check would have left me only 2 checks.....so I told them we would put that $10. Credit Towards a future job. I recently informed them that I was overcharged, so there would not be any future jobs here for them. I asked them to immediately return my $10.00. And they refused! One hour (a little less actually) = $750.00 Highway robbery, stay away. read more

Amazing. Absolutely recommend. I called them to help take care of my family home as the irrigation system was not working. I live in Ny and my parents' home is in florida. They were responsive on time, sent me pictures every step of the way, and communicated to me, and even worked around my mom schedule. I couldn't be happier. We had never used our irrigation since our move in (2017) . Called Jeremy to figure out if we had a working irrigation and if not what we needed to fix to get it operational. From beginning to end Jeremy was thorough, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He had to explain everything to me from A-Z, he was also very patient.
