The spout would not come off. So Sean gave me a couple of options. I chose the option to have him cut the end of the spout off to see if that would enable him to remove it. He was able to do that without damaging the copper pipe and was able to get the spout removed. I'm so glad I called them because I was considering changing the spout myself. That would have been a disaster because I'm certain I would have used a pipe wrench to remove that spout and I would have surely broken the copper pipe. This is why you call a professional because they can save you from yourself. The price was reasonable but the lesson was invaluable.

I had a leak in the drain from the washer and dryer in the kitchen so it was gray water. It's not a…read morebig leak, but it was a leak and was starting to smell under the house so I called one plumbing company and they were real busy for at least a week and I called Ray Lusk and they could be there in 30 minutes and they were and he looked at it. He took pictures. He took a video. I knew exactly what they were gonna do he said OK let me make a phone call. See how much they wanna charge you came back. This is not a big deal. It was cutting out cast-iron and putting in PVC in place so at the most maybe a two hour job at the most he came back with almost a $2000 bill which was outrageous. I couldn't believe it. I said well you know I can't afford that. I guess I'll just have to put up with it so he left. He came back with a $1200 bill and I said no I'm not doing that either. He finally came back one more time with $1000 at the most they should've called $600. It was a $15 stick. It was a 10 foot stick of 3 inch PVC I looked it up no excuse me 2 inch PVC I looked it up. It cost $15. I did it because I didn't have any choice. I needed it done that day because I was going back to work and I didn't know if there would be another plumber available. Someone had paid the money, but that is outrageous. That is outrageous that is thievery that they would even think that I would be that stupid to believe that it cost that much it's outrageous and I'll never call them back again. If I have time to get somebody else, I will not the job was top quality you ain't gonna have to worry about they did. He did a great job. He showed me pictures, but to me that was just an insult. Casey called said he was going to have to order the part which was a gas valve for a recessed gravity forest wall heater He ordered the part it took two weeks to come in He sent John back out to put it on He put it on yet he would not kick on with my thermostat John flat out told me he had used his multimeter and he got a electric reading right outside the transformer so the wires were working and then again at the he wasn't just getting any at the valve to kick it on okay so then Casey sent out his son-in-law Seth Seth charged me $500 $400 but of course Casey said he would pay $150 of it just to run about 10 feet of wiring and it still did not work why because Casey had ordered a 110 volt gas valve yet the wires and my thermostat and the old one was only 24 volts so that brings me back to the point He replaced that wire for nothing for $250 that he refused to do anything as far as give me my money back on when I didn't have to have it replaced and I haven't heard anything else except they were going to bring another party in there was 24 volt so they did now that thing makes a constant humming noise and they refuse to do anything else with me so I'm out $750 and I'm in worse shape than what I was and I see all these bad reviews I think I'm going to have to go take legal action on this cuz this is absolutely not the way you run a business especially with this many bad reviews thank you all who put a review there that will help me.
