I booked the appointment for Tuesday May 19th at 1:30 pm. I also received a confirmation call Tuesday morning, and I responded that I am attending When I did not get any call till 1:35 pm, I called their office and was told Linda would call me within 10 mins, as she went overtime on a previous call. I never received a call. I called them back two times, and now they stopped picking up. I waited over an hour, wasted my time and my partner's time. During these tough times, I wanted a reliable bookkeeper. But I am not sure if I can trust their services, if they cannot do a task as simple as keeping an appointment. Or even bother to inform the client they can't make it. Horrible reliability, stay away! UPDATE: I will now give negative stars if possible. After I posted this review, I got a call in minutes, which went to my voicemail. Louisa was the one who left it, and she told me that they are currently understaffed in the office and were so busy with phone calls and clients that they didn't get the time to call me. She offered to rebook for another day. Mind you, the voicemail came at 2:36 pm, after I posted the review. Still, giving them a benefit of doubt, I called their office back, and Louisa picked up. She got right down to let us book the appointment, and when I tried to complain about their unprofessional behavior (and that they should have told me before our meeting that they were too busy that day), she told me that I was being unprofessional and rude by calling her and then having the audacity to complain..... She practically said that since they had left an voicemail where they apologized, it should be more than enough of an apology for me. I can take it or leave it and not waste her time. And when I told her I don't want to book an appointment, she hung up on me. I am extremely thankful that this happened before I hired these people and not after. If this is their attitude with potential clients, god knows what would happen once you sign them up.
