My experience this time was so bizarre and bad, that although I usually give a pass if a normally good service has the occasional hiccup, not this time. I had called to rent a car, Coming to the usual pickup place in Rio Grande NJ, I saw that place had closed. I called,and found they moved - or had another shop - in Cape May. So I pulled into the Gas Station where they are, and went in. The young lady behind the counter asked me about the insurance, and asked if I had the "Complete declaration". I said I wasn't certain what she meant, as being from another state, and not being sure. So she explained that if they didn't know the type of insurance on my RV, they'd have to charge me their own insurance. Still no problem, I sent my wife out to the RV to collect everything. Now is when it got weird. Some guy walked in and started yelling at me to "Answer the Question!" I said I needed to get the papers, and he started yelling again, "Just Answer her Question!". And then again. I gathered up our licenses, insurance card and left. I was really surprised at his "Cops Rebooted" attitude, and feared that if I did not leave immediately, he would attack me. I figured I'd just leave, using my discretion. I'm not certain what the confusion was, perhaps the guy was having a bad day, perhaps he didn't hear the whole conversation. The woman at the counter and I were on the same page until his entrance. Regardless, it was a strange way to treat a paying return customer, and I'll never rent from them again. If I could give them 0 stars I would No one deserves to be treated like a criminal. Ended up going to Enterprise in Rio Grande.There is a reason that they are rated 5 stars.

The person working here had no idea what she was doing and had no clue how…read moreto fix the problems she created. she sent us off without a rental agreement because she couldn't figure out how to print it and then she closed the office and left us in the parking lot calling corporate. when we told corporate that we were leaving without a rental agreement they told us she HAD to give us the agreement. They too could not understand how it was possible to give us a truck but no rental agreement. It was a terrible experience. I'm submitting this review late, but I felt so strongly about the negative experience that I wanted to make sure I posted this in order to save others from the headache of renting from them. I would've paid more to rent from someone competent.

Brand new truck leaking coolant - No help from management. Bless the hard working people there…read more Front desk at quick lane - straight up rude, talk to you like you're dumb. Actual workers in the lane, solid. Kind hard working people, their managers are the problem. There was an elder gentleman employee that witnessed what I was going through and topped off my coolant for free. This was while I sat in the lane with the information I just got from the rude lady at the desk - she told me to go somewhere else and get my truck fixed. The elder gentleman's manager swiftly came out whistled as we inspected under the hood and said "yo move it along" to get me out of the lane. I DO NOT recommend the Auto Dealership that Steven Kindle runs for service, purchase or any matter. Take your money somewhere respectable. Lilliston Ford is only but an hour away.

He pointed out some maintenance items that will need attention in the future and even replaced the headlight lamps in my CX-5 which is not an easy thing to do. He also rotated the tires for free.
