It's pretty rare nowadays to find someone who truly wants to help, when you're in a fix. I was treading water, trying to find ANYONE who would help set me on the right track. Any advice. I tried to give a business to this company. Somebody from Southgate named Jeff Levine this guy a psychopath or sociopath. He scared me. I was talking to him over the phone. He was talking so fast. He was not just rude and unprofessional and unethical but it seems like he has some behavior issue also because he doesn't want to give me his email or physical address and phone number when you call these numbers it just keeps going to voicemail or text Jeff Levine told me you can hire some homeless guy to deliver your document. This is the most bizarre insulting comment somebody made to me. I was trying to give him the money/ business and he told me to pick some homeless guy from the street to serve legal documents very Bizzare behavior and he doesn't want to give any confirmation then he's asking me to mail him a check very shady and phony, I don't think so This business is right for people like me when you are from a different country with an accent so these kinds of guys how they treat you, and I almost gave up. read more

Jeff Levine service is a SCAM. I had a lawyer review the work Jeff did for us. Not only was it full of basic errors, but the entire argument was completely invalid. The money and time we spent with him ended up being a total waste. When I called to ask him simple questions about the work, he got very defensive and rude. Very disappointed in this "service". I cannot speak more highly of Jeff and ACE Small Claims Service. I needed to bring a small claims action against Precise Iron Door, Inc (horrible experience with Precise Iron Door). I did not know how to navigate the small claims process, and the amount of the lawsuit was too small ($4,500 +/-) to hire an attorney, and they don't allow attorney representation in small claims court. So, I found Jeff and for a EXTREMELY REASONABLE fee he guided me through the small claims process, which takes about 60 to 90 days. But the results were very good, once the small claim was accepted and court jurisdiction established, the unethical owner of Precise Iron Door, Inc sent me a check for a full refund of the amount he took. I suspect no one actually takes the time and effort to sue these people, or people like them, in small claims court. I have recommended ACE to several people who reached out to me, I hope they take me up and hire Jeff to help them bring a little justice back to the world of crooks and thieves. His rates are reasonable and he ended up successfully serving the defendant ahead of the scheduled timeline and on the 1st attempt (and on a Sunday!) which i also appreciate and I received a receipt and even a reminder of what steps i need to take next with the court. Should be negative stars! After a month of back and for emails, exchanging documents and a TON of collaterals (many of them sent multiple times), Jeff said he would complete the paperwork in a couple of days. Then nothing for weeks. Crickets. When I emailed Jeff (for the third time!) asking for an update. He's once again said he will look and get back to me in a couple of days. Then he basically acted like he didn't even know who I was or why I was reaching out. When I sent him the email with ALL of the information it, he said he couldn't see the details and no recollection of the dozens of communication, which were there in black and white. He is either mentally impaired or the most incompetent process server I have ever worked with. I don't recommend you use him. read more

If I could give Jeff zero stars I would! Unfortunately my friend tried getting help through Jeff through his business and he had the most disrespectful and condescending tone. He yelled at her through the phone from right when she answered "Hello", and was completely disrespectful. She explained there must be a disconnect because I'm unsure of how this process goes and she was apologizing just trying to see if he could explain the process. He was so condescending asking her "Do you EVEN know what a post office is?!" He said he was upset because HE was calling the wrong number! Jeff is incredibly responsive. He does the job he is paid to do - nothing more, nothing less. If you have a defendant who is actively avoiding being served, I would recommend going to someone else who will take a little more initiative to check online as to their routine etc. Further, I felt his responses to my inquires were quite rude. I asked if the server was aware if anyone is inside or not and he responded by stating that "...Server does not have any supper powers to be able to look inside to see if anyone was there..." Thought that was a bit unnecessary. He was unable to serve the defendant which is not his fault but because the defendant is actively avoiding being served.
