Within 2 hours, I received a full report to my phone and was able to see line by line what was erroring and the exact cost. I called the shop to ask a few questions and was able to get a discount code to save a little more money. In the report that came to my phone, I was able to pick and choose which items I wanted worked on now and which items I wanted to hold off on. I told Mike at the shop I was going to take my car to the dealership for one of the items that errored, and he didn't try to convince me otherwise or try to upsell me on anything unnecessary (and as a female dealing with an auto shop on her own, I appreciate not feeling like I'm being taken advantage of!). My car was done the same day and when I went to pick it up, I was in and out within 5 minutes. The shop was clean, Mike was very friendly and helpful, and I noticed a positive difference in my car the second I drove away. German cars can't be trusted with just anyone, so I appreciate a shop that I can trust! I will be back to Autoworks of Brandon, without a doubt!

I Informed him that I had a flat tire and without any hesitation. He came over and remove the flat tire and put the spare one on. He then proceeded to take it a step further and check to see if there was any availability for me to get my actual tire fixed today Mind you it was right before closing Time. He said Yes !! I followed him to his place of employment location and He Fix the tire for me himself, put my spare back in my trunk and walked me To my car . He ended this Amazing experience by taking the time to pray for me . Wow !!! I can't express to You , how grateful I was for David 's helping hands and kind words. What. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.
