I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

My oil change service was overdue, but I needed the left headlight bulb replaced. I ended up replacing both because if one goes out then you know the other will go out soon after. I didn't want to make a second trip back. Anyway, I got there right before they opened at 8am. I parked in one of the lanes, stayed in the car, and waited. They have 3 lanes. It was perfect. You pay as soon as they are done. All while you're seated in the car. They also test to see that all the other bulbs are working (brake and backup lights as well). If they don't have the right bulb they will send someone out to get it while you're having your oil changed. No time is wasted and the service is super friendly. They don't force any other services on you. They just tell you what is needed, or what service is coming up next time. I wouldn't go anywhere else for an oil change. They've spoiled me.

I told her I needed an oil change and listed the items needed to be checked. Reluctantly, she finally gave me some numbers and the price was reasonable. At the beginning of the conversation she said I needed to stop cussing and she was just trying to help me. Was there someone else cussing at her? I can't imagine what I said that would make her think I was cussing. I seriously wasn't. I was completely professional. Not something I could say for her. I would absolutely not tolerate a person like this answering my phones if I were the owner. Wow! I wound up calling another place and the lady knew exactly what my car needed and was pleasant. Here's the thing: This other place charges more for the same items. I chose to go with the other place because they were recommended by a friend who's used them for years and the person I spoke with treated me like she wanted my business. What a concept!
