Brett is friendly at first but once they are done and have your money, he really doesn't want to deal with you anymore! I would also think he would leave some documentation advising on what to do with a newly seeded yard like: fertilizing, watering, mowing, follow up etc. The seeding was patchy in some areas and the ground very rough in others! I contacted him twice, he pretty much blew me off! They got the job done fast but, I think it was TOO fast! He was all about getting done ASAP, he was even Kind of rude to his employees to work faster in the heat! He was a little cheaper, I guess I know why! It's not easy or cheap to re-do a yard, it's a long term investment! I will have to fix mine next year I guess. I've already spent several hundred dollars overseeing my yard, that's sad...I spent a lot of money with him! If I treated my customers like he did, I would be out of business!
