I got windows all around tinted by them at my home and I have an enclosed garage. I waited the 3-4…read moredays for final results and there were bubbles all over the tint. I asked them to redo it and they came to redo it. Again waited the 3-4 days for final results. Bubbles were gone but the cut was soooooo bad. As soon as u roll down the windows u can see how bad it was. I told them to come again to fix it. They came, it took me about a week and a half to see the results because I was out of town but again, the cut is bad. It wasn't as bad as the first time but still noticeably bad. I gave up at this point because I don't think they are capable of doing better. I personally wouldn't recommend them unless it doesn't matter to you that much. I will say that when it came to them trying to fix the mistakes, the guys are super chill and understanding. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. What I paid for the job, I expect much better work. To add, when they had to come to my home they were always late. The last time they came to me was the only time they were actually early. There's so much more I can say but I'll just leave it here. Use them at your own risk.

They are easily one of the cheapest in the Valley and do great work. My issue and the reason I'm rating only three stars lies in the communication and responsiveness I received from the owner. I had an appointment for Wednesday 8/5/2026. I dropped off after hours and utilized the night drop box which was no problem. I let the owner know what I needed and that I'd like the invoice sent to my email and the key left somewhere we agreed to because I wouldn't be able to get the car until after hours. He told me about Zelle payments to avoid a fee, I told him I wanted credit card points so he agreed to send me an email invoice and told me all of that was no issue. We texted about a wrap for a different car to which he requested to call me about, we spoke about the wrap and pricing, then I reconfirmed that I will be picking the tiny vehicle up after hours, he said to Zelle him, I informed him again about the invoice and he agreed again. He texted me asking if I could meet him at 5:30 to pick my car up and to Zelle him the money. I informed him for the third time now that I would like an emailed invoice and I was going to pick it up after hours. He then tells me at 5:15 he is driving back to the shop and what time can I pick it up. I told him I am not off work until 5:30, so the earliest I could be there is 6:10. He responds at 5:47 asking if I can be there at 6:30, I text him back saying I'm already on my way and will just wait until 6:30. I arrive at 6:10 and inform him I'm here and waiting until when he is ready for me. 6:30 comes, no response, 6:45 comes, I text him again asking if he is still meeting me here. 7:00 comes and I call him, he asks "Can we reconvene in an hour", I let him know I've already been waiting 30 minutes past the time HE told me to be here, on top of the 30 minutes past drive it took to get here. He finally shows up a bit before 7:30 for me to pick up. He asks me to Zelle again, I inform him once again I am going to be using a card. He tell me the total and I pay. As I'm leaving he asks me when I wanted to do the wrap on the other car, I tell him based on my experience today I'm no longer interested in his services and don't trust that I will be communicated with properly. We talk back and forth, his excuse is that he was spoiling his girlfriend all day and time slipped away from him. He offered to give me a free windshield visor (for my cracked windshield that I already told him I didn't want) and an unknown discount on the wrap I was no longer interested in. The only time any accountability was taken was when I told him there was a problem after the fact, even a 5%-10% discount for wasting my time would have made up for it. This entire situation could have been avoided if he just sent me the invoice before closing, I could have used a spare key to get the car and then just gotten the key later. He was more interested in selling me a wrap and trying to force me to Zelle than actually providing quality service. I'm not asking for you to respond instantly or remember every detail about ever customer but when I ask you to send me the invoice via email and three messages later you ask me to Zelle, it's obvious you aren't paying attention to anything I'm saying.

RAMOS IS A CROOK! My GF made the costly mistake of taking her '07 Mercedes here to have her old,…read morebubbling tint removed from the rear windows only and replaced with fresh tint. The new tint looked fine, but her door key fob and radio immediately stopped working. This car was very well maintained and neither ever had an issue before. After getting home, a closer look at the headliner around the windows showed new, heavy water staining from when they soaked the old tint to loosen it for removal (see photos). She contacted Ramos who said for her to bring the car in. She brought the car in and Ramos looked at it. He said the car was old, and it was not his fault. At the same time, he tried to clean off the stains. My GF then took to the car to a reputable automotive electrical repair specialist who removed the roof panels and found that the circuit board for some of the car's electronics had shorted out. This board is located directly above the rear window and underneath the liquid stains from Ramos' shop. The electrical shop owner said the liquid that caused the stains had damaged the car's electronics. Both my GF and the electrical shop owner each called Ramos to discuss it and were hung up on! I went in to talk to Ramos in person with her tint receipt, a detailed repair invoice for repairs completed ($995.89) and photos of the damage. Ramos said he wasn't going to do anything since he could not see the car. I reminded him he had already seen it. He said he was too busy right now and tried walking away several times. I pushed the issue, asking for damage reimbursement. His final response was take me to court. Sadly, his young son overheard the tail end of the conversation and observed 1st hand how his Father treated customers. A terrible lesson to teach anyone, especially your own son. I'm guessing a lot of people are getting paid or deep discounts to leave 5 stars, because our experience was terrible! Warning: Ramos has no Better Business Profile (It's much harder to fake reviews with them). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!

They politely asked if they can take videos to advertise and of course I was good with that because of the experience I had. They took their time to make sure every cut was perfect and redid a window they weren't happy with and that showed me how much they car about their craftsmanship. I didnt have to point anything out. Omar was kind, straightforward, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing. He even thanked me for my business before we got off our first call, which I really appreciated. I went with XPEL PRIME XR nano-ceramic, 99% UV protection and up to 85% heat rejection. 20% all around. He'll do whatever percentage you want while explaining the pros and cons so you can make your own choice. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. His son was there and was also really helpful explaining the ceramic options. I loved the heat lamp demonstration showing how much of a difference the tint makes, especially with the Arizona sun! The displays around the shop were unique too, especially the Predator figure. They told me the figures came from Mexico, which was cool. You can definitely tell it's a family business that takes pride in what they do. One tip: take a picture of your receipt since it's the type that can fade over time and you'll want it for the warranty. Great experience from start to finish, and my car looks amazing.
