I officially will no longer go here, the prices are outrageous, $25 for a car wash minimally. They also no longer offer a discount for healthcare workers. There are always people lingering and too many cars sitting in the way of people talking while working. I feel like it's just a hang out. The cashiers also seem like their personal lives and work intermingled as they were more interested in others than customers. Not worth it any longer. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, unless I feel strongly either way. And I'm not sure when these other reviews were, who may have been working at the car wash ... But to start off, my car was bought years ago as a used car, so the small nooks and crannies already had some dust and stuff collected. I also have 3 small kiddos, so the car has become their trash can. We probably need a full detailing of the car, but I took it for the royal flush since I was in the area. Now, there was a line, but probably because it was the first sunny day after multiple long weeks of rain. So I expected a little wait. Still was not as long as I thought it would be. Seeing the first 2 guys vacuuming the cars before the wash, I saw how quick and efficient they were. They washed and sprayed the mats and all! When it was my car's turn, I asked them to vacuum under the car seats, which have so much junk under them. They told me it was no problem and I saw them really try to get everything in, over, under, through it all! Saw my car on the other end, and there were 3 people waiting to finish the job. My tires have never been so clean and the car was so shiny. I didn't expect my car to look and even smell so fresh (even without a freshener)! I thought it would take multiple washes to get it the way it looked after just 1! This car wash is 20 minutes away from me and there are other cheaper places, but I personally believe having actual people touch your car for a wash, gets the job done better. The cheaper washes certainly wash cars, but my car has never been this clean and shiny! For me, it's worth the slight inconvenience because my car was pretty well taken care of. I'll definitely be going back! read more

I will not use their service again. I am not sure if they use wax. I had to ask them to vacuum my trunk and didn't wipe the seats. Poor service. read more

I went there 2 weeks ago with a new car - I did not realize that the automatic windshield wipers were on - and the wiper was bent in the process. (there is a large sign, I didn't realize my wipers were set to auto. The owner tried to help bend the wiper back and broke the entire arm off (the metal arm). He refused to take responsibility for it; and only offered to pay for half of the repair - which I said was not acceptable as he physically broke the part off. I went today to let them know what the total was after buying a used part and getting a mechanic friend to offer to replace it; along with the car not being drivable for 4 days due to the forecast for rain. He still refused to pay the bill ($97) I asked for a refund for the car wash from that day - he also refused. I bring my car there every 2 weeks and so does my daughter; I will never go back. I truly hope that the refusal was worth the loss of all the business we have given you over the years and for years to come. read more

I think there is a real possibility that the eight positive reviews were posted by the owner. My car was barely vacuumed, my inside windows still had the milk that my daughter splashed (I don't think that they were done at all). My console had dust, crumbs and leaves left for me to clean. There was absolutely no pride taken in a quality job. My recommendation is to stay away. read more

Just got an exterior wash today and it was a great experience! I've been traveling all over the east from Michigan to New York and I've gotten the most bang for my buck here. It's only $10 and there were about 8 men working on cleaning my car! They managed to get all the dead bugs off my windshield where other places did not. They have interior cleaning options for $13-$16 which is, to me, a steal! Definitely coming back to get the inside of my car cleaned. read more

I paid for the Royal Flush but had to ask them to wipe my cup holder and clean the inside of the back wind shield not to mention the poor job on the tires, one of them weren't even touched. I do not recommend this place! read more
