Yesterday, after I pulled out onto Rt. 70 I noticed both side view mirrors were still pushed in for the full service wash. When I got home they appeared to be broken. When I went back a couple hours later to speak to the manager/owner (?) he reviewed the cameras prior to our discussion. He was rude, adversarial, and questioned me as if I did something wrong. Fortunately, an employee came over and reset the mirrors to which the manager replied "Sir, I suggest you learn your car." as if he was any help fixing the problem. Not only does he need a lesson on manners and proper customer support but now I need to find a new car wash.

Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.

They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash. Wash Haus Hand Car Wash on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd recently opened and has great reviews so far, so I'll be trying them for my next wash.

I'm not very good at keeping my automotive endeavors clean so I decided I'd get it detailed before giving it up. I've gone here a few times and gotten the $12 wash with no accoutrements. This time it's not for me so I sprung for the $18 and tipped at the begging and end. It looked good when it was finished. As I'm driving I see on the passenger side there is still dust. I go to make a turn and my window is all streaked even though I saw the guy clean it after the wash. I stop to fill it up so she can start fresh Monday. I see where the bird poop was. I decide to open the back door. There is still sand in the car. Anyway I go over it with windex and Clorox wipes at the gas station. In my opinion the $12 jobby and a $2 tip at the end would've been fine. It also doesn't smell fresh or like cleaning product. I wish I would've gotten an air freshener at Target. It always amazes me how many people they have working at once. They must be doing pretty well to have that staff. Everyone has cars SEPTA poor people. In conclusion I will make the same mistake again. However I'll only pay $12.

I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" I'm thankful for them taking care of my mom and I would recommend John and his team to anyone looking for everything you would want and more from a detailing and ceramic coating experience.
