Up until yesterday (5/15/26) I USED to take my SUV twice a month for a full-service wash. Up until yesterday I USED to tell all of my neighbors what a great car wash they are. Yesterday, after I pulled out onto Rt. 70 I noticed both side view mirrors were still pushed in for the full service wash. When I got home they appeared to be broken. When I went back a couple hours later to speak to the manager/owner (?) he reviewed the cameras prior to our discussion. He was rude, adversarial, and questioned me as if I did something wrong. Fortunately, an employee came over and reset the mirrors to which the manager replied "Sir, I suggest you learn your car." as if he was any help fixing the problem. Not only does he need a lesson on manners and proper customer support but now I need to find a new car wash. read more

Paid for the magic full service, looks like they did not vacuum at all, also paid extra $7 to wipe down the interior doors. The driver door was the only one, is it per door? For the price paid I would expect a better job, I will not go again. I would give zero stars but not an option. read more

This car wash used to be a great deal, with prices around $5-$15 per wash depending on the service. Now, it costs $10-$25for small cars, and when it gets busy, they don't pay much attention to details. The door jambs often aren't cleaned well. The biggest issue is the poor customer service. I had a coupon, but the employee refused to accept it, saying it was missing a specific part, then threw it in the trash right in front of me and charged me full price. To make it worse, they added a $5 fee because I have an SUV. In the end, I paid nearly $30 for an average wash and interior clean. It's not worth it anymore. read more

After getting ther $49 dollar car wash my car smelled like actual vomit. I brought it back and explained this to the guy behind the cashier. He started flipping out on my telling me to call the cops if I have a problem. I actually had to call the cops and the guy just laughed at me really awkwardly as the cop showed up. They do not honor their own coupons. If you're going to put an expiration date on a coupon price, then it should state that on the actual coupon. Then the cashier rudely called me broke and stupid just for wanting the coupon to be honored. That's how they treat a customer of over ten years. The service was completely unprofessional. my young son took my car in for me for the wash that includes armor-all to the wheels and the windows, inside of doors and everything inside the car being wiped down. upon his return, the insides of the door were still dirty, the car still had bird droppings on the sides and the vacuuming was half-done. this is the first time in the 2 years i've been going and i will not be back. first, you take advantage of a 17 year-old and then have the nerve to do a shoddy job for too much money. good riddance. read more

Can't say enough awesome things about magic touch. My car came in covered in bird feces and they power washed it all off for under ten bucks. Parking under a tree may keep your vehicle cool but it also can make it a Target for birds! I was happy to watch my car go through the automated wash from their comfortable office. After I paid I was also given coupons for a discounted wash, which was pretty sweet. I was surprised to find the oil change lube business closed. read more

I recently received a gift card to the Magic Touch Car Wash, so I headed over to get the "full service." Magic Touch was easy to spot with a big sign, but the actual car wash entrance was a bit confusing and located behind the building. After checking out the different services, you hop out of your car and tell the attendant what you'd like. From there you walk through the building where you reach the cashier to pay for your service. There are benches outside that are covered by umbrellas. The washers did a great job washing my car and really took their time. Overall I was satisfied but did see some room for improvement. 1. I wish they vacuumed my seats better & 2. My car had a funky (not fresh) sent to it when I drove away- I assume this is from on of the cleaning chemicals they use. read more

My car looks brand spanking new every time I leave this place. I've gone to other places where my car would come out streaky and dirty even after the use of their highest full service package. Here, the employees are very thorough with cleaning door jambs and windows. This place needs to be Shut DOWN! I left my car in the morning on Sunday to get detailed. I'm told to go back in the afternoon, that detailing takes about 5 hours. When I go exactly 5 hours later the place is closed, my car now where to be found ! I'm calling the number on Google and no response! I arrived at 3pm and Google states they close at 5pm. So I filed a police report just in case something happens to my car. I go back on Monday and the place is closed AGAIN! Today is Tuesday and I'm going back again, to check if they're open and I can get my car back! I've been happily coming here for years. They do a great job for a reasonable rate. What prompted this review was an occurrence that happened at today's wash. As I walked back to my cleaned car I realized that I miss placed my phone. After going on a frantic search I looked back at my car. Although the car had been in so many hands before I made it back to it, my iphone was perfectly safe, untouched sitting right in the center console. Someone could've easily swiped it and didn't. I can't advise about anything other than the basic car wash, as I only needed the outside of the car done, and didn't have any vacuuming or anything else done, but what they did was great. To be honest, I felt a little bad for the cleaning crew. Most of the cars on the line were pretty clean to begin with, and then mine rolls up covered in bird poop (if the only free street parking spot available is under a tree, there's probably a reason why people are passing it up, folks). The car's exterior was thoroughly cleaned manually, and then sent through the regular car wash where the brushes spin (which you can watch from inside as there are windows, if you are so inclined. You have to exit the car during the wash). I was pleased with the service, so five stars! read more

This place is literally magical. Here's the story. We bought a car with what we thought was road paint or concrete stuck to the bottom half of the car right near the front wheel. Oh well. We had gotten it washed at numerous places including expensive places like the one on Spring Garden and 11th. Fast forward to our trip to Magic Car Wash. They have a strange system where you get out of the car while it goes through the car wash only to come out driven by a gentleman. At this point, I notice that there was still a stain on the door right above the paint/concrete. This is what I thought the worker was going to attend to when he approached the car with a spray bottle of magical fluid. Instead, he started working on the paint/concrete in what I thought was in vain. NOPE. He actually cleaned the paint/concrete off in a move that caused both my fianceé and my jaw to drop. They seriously went above and beyond any normal car wash place. I will take my car here as long as I live in this area, for sure. read more

I went to Magic Touch Car Wash for the first time today. I got the "Royal Full Service" package, which seems to be the most basic interior and exterior service, which includes a run through the wash, interior vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning. While the wait was long - between sitting in line, and then waiting for my car to be dried I was there about 25 minutes during the lunch hour - it was worth it. The outside of my car was spotless and completely dry, and the inside was also completely clean - vacuumed and dusted. I watched as the man drying my car really took his time to do a thorough job. At other car washes, I usually get a half-assed dry and as soon as I start driving, all of the water they missed comes splashing up my windshield and windows. Not today, the car was totally dry. Next time I may get a higher service with a nice wax job or something. With the care and attention I witnessed various employees giving to their assigned cars, I would feel comfortable even getting a detail here. The best car wash ever experienced in my life!! Also, prices are amazing. I went here after going to the movies because my car was absolutely horrific.... Car went through the wash like any other place, but what makes this place definately stand out is the people that work there and the supplies they use. After the machine wash, I had these black spots still left from when some other car wash place in Philly used (black stuff on my tires) that splashed up all over and I have not been able to remove since, even with tons of scrubbing. I really thought I had to get a full detail just for this junk to come off. When I saw the worker just spray and wipe and dirty spots left over from the machine wash, my husband and I had our mouths wide open. We could not believe our eyes. Spent forever trying to get a little bit of it off and these guys come along and the supplies treated it like it wa never there in the first place. It was amazing!! Then after getting those spots, they spent a good time on the interior and I left the place in shock and smiling. Will definately be back again!! And again and again...lol. :-) read more

I would like to give this place the benefit of the doubt... but a car wash that's run through a track is not rocket science. I pulled up and there was not much of a wait which was great, and paying was pretty standard. I got a Ritz Exterior, mainly b/c I was on my lunch break and didn't want to be there forever. So I get my ticket from the guy and leave my car on and in park and walk inside to pay. Now... every other car wash that I've gone to will keep the car running, but put it in neutral, which is what I thought was happening. Wrong! I knew something was up when I saw my hazards flashing through the observation windows. I thought to myself, well that's strange, why are none of the other cars doing that? But I was also mesmerized by all the doo-hickey cleaning things scrubbing crap off my car so I shrugged it off and went outside to the end to wait. The two guys then pushed my car out of the line up b/c the battery had mysteriously died and my car wouldn't start. I thought it was a joke so I went in and tried to start my car (it didn't work). Had to get a jump, because some SMART person incorrectly turned off my car (leaving the radio on) and it caused some sort of malfunction. I did not receive anything to reimburse me for the extra agita they caused. But hey, the jump worked, and I was able to drive away only mildly fuming. Seriously though... how does that happen??? I have a fairly new Lexus RX300, I'm not driving around a hunk of junk. I probably will not be back, but my car is clean. read more

Excellent. These guys work their BUTTS off. I got the Royal Full Service wash and was not disappointed. The guy who worked on my car event spent extra time trying to buff out stains on my hood because of fallen sap that never went away, he did great. I would recommend this place if you dont have anywhere to go in a hurry, they seem to take their time, but only because it is SO busy. I will come back whenever my car needs a deep clean, otherwise I'll go somewhere a bit quicker and cheaper. read more

I have no complaints about this establishment. The process of the car washing is fast, and effective. I always get the most expensive wash which to me is worth it. They clean the inside of the car well, and i never see any streaks on my windows. I will say, the items for sale inside, are highly overpriced. Received a voucher from Cherry Hill Imports so I'm not sure which level of service I got...but I will say the team did a fantastic job. I'm too lazy to vacuum the car after taking a roadie with the dog so there was a bit of hair...not anymore. The wash was excellent, the windows are clean and my car looks very nice.
