so i had damage done to my fence due to a storm the guy Bruce came out almost immediately he was…read moreawesome to work with everything was going great until the insurance company needed additional information about the fence ( which all ins companies do) that's when it when all down hill. Bruce called me back and his demeanor changed he was rude and dismissive his exact words were " you asked for an estimate and that's what you got. i don't get into a pissing match with the insurance companies so i gave you want you wanted so good luck". seriously they quoted me for an $18,000+ job and he was just going to walk away from it all because he didn't want to do his job of writing some additional information for the insurance company. WOW. Hopefully the compony sees what kind of employee they have there and see how Bruce just lost them a lot of money and business
