I am giving one star because a former employee, Ron, was honest and sincere. He is no longer at the…read moreservice station. I do not recommend Bobs auto repair to anyone, they recently lied, said That i needed all new brakes. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and the brake measurements are safe / fine and passed inspection. Bobs also failed to oil one of the pins on our Ford F150 when they replaced the brakes. This made one side of the rear brake wear out entirely in under 3000 miles and led to needing a full set of brakes!! Bobs knew the right thing to do- they did it on one side. This business tried to do repairs on my car that I did not need, and they did faulty repairs causing hundreds of dollars of unnecessary spending on our truck. We took both vehicles about 2 miles away, to Monro on York Road and their team was AWESOME, honest and reasonable.
