The server was busy with another customer, but greeted us immediately after. We sat at a table and she took our drink order. We figured out what we wanted while she got the drinks. They were very busy, so we didn't mind that it took quite some time to get our stuff. But it was strange because an obvious regular came in, she took his order, and he had it within 5 minutes. Ours also came out - about 20 minutes after we ordered maybe? I think we were forgotten and that's why it was cold, greasy, and gross. The spicy cheese was cold and coagulated. The ranch it came with was actually really good and I don't care for ranch normally. The fries were limp, cold and greasy. I could tell if they were fresh they would have been good as the flavor was awesome! The shrimp my husband ordered had not been cleaned. We're smart enough to know that they probably order them frozen and pre-battered, however, it speaks to the quality and they were just also the icing on the cake, as you can tell from the pics. We did not finish. The tea was good, the server was very nice. But I don't think we will be back.
