The representative they sent to perform the service was rude and disrespectful while in my home and stormed out without even offering to set a new appointment time so the treatment could be done! Even the manager has been avoiding my calls to schedule an appointment after claiming that he would try to find a different person to treat my home. Really not what I expected when I originally talked to the conpany and set up the contract!
