Richie was extremely straight forward, he spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions, I did not feel rushed or pressured into using their service. While he sprayed the home I felt very comfortable and he was beyond professional. No contract was required, and the price was more than fair. The representative they sent to perform the service was rude and disrespectful while in my home and stormed out without even offering to set a new appointment time so the treatment could be done! Even the manager has been avoiding my calls to schedule an appointment after claiming that he would try to find a different person to treat my home. Really not what I expected when I originally talked to the conpany and set up the contract! I was told that we would not have to pay for that service. This was explained to the tech (Eddie) then the manager (Adam) called at 6:50 called stating that there is nothing on file prior to the service date of cancellation. My husband told him he would pay the $45.00 but to cancel his whole contract for all service. On 8 Dec someone shows up at the house to spray but we had the tech to leave be we canceled the contract. I give 1 star for NO communication within the home office.
