Richie was extremely straight forward, he spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions, I did not feel rushed or pressured into using their service. I was told that we would not have to pay for that service. This was explained to the tech (Eddie) then the manager (Adam) called at 6:50 called stating that there is nothing on file prior to the service date of cancellation. My husband told him he would pay the $45.00 but to cancel his whole contract for all service. On 8 Dec someone shows up at the house to spray but we had the tech to leave be we canceled the contract.
