Unfortunately the water marks have only became darker. I have tried to power wash them with no luck.. Blue scape stated all the pavers he installs have marks like that. Now two of the pavers have rust coming up to the surface. He stated he would replace the two rusty ones only. It has been a month and he has not replaced them and refuses to respond to my messages. He is using subpar materials.

I had severely overgrown Coco plum hedge's , which was in need of a very serious trimming. They trimmed the hedge very nice, cleaned up all the clippings and they cleaned up the palm trees, cutting down the dead fronds, and the seed pods and cutting the grass area's. Then blowing of the pavers to leaving my backyard refreshed and clean. Rogelio also suggested some landscaping ideas, which I greatly appreciated and will consider for future projects. A&V Lawn service will be my new monthly lawn maintenance company. Highly recommend.

She texted me I had to pay for 4 months of no service or pay the fee!! The inspector came to my house and claimed I needed termite treatment (in a concrete elevated house). The treatment cost over $1,000, but I needed the inspection, and assumed she was being honest. She left and the treatment guy showed up to treat the termites (from truly Nolan). He looked around and said he saw no evidence of termites anywhere on my property. I immediately canceled the treatment, gave him a big tip and filed a claim with the better business bureau. An independent inspector from homestead gave me the "all clear" for around $100. Obviously there are good people that work there (I really appreciate the honesty of the gentleman that was going to do the treatment) The lady that did the inspection is a criminal and a liar. Secondly, he was at my house within 90 mins from me speaking with him to begin working (and this was towards the end of the day so extra points for his willingness to come out after I had gotten home from work). Finally, I needed help installing an wi-if thermostat that my wife had purchased...we had previously had two other people come out who had not been able to figure out. Fred went above and beyond and refused to give up where the others had previously called it quits. After he was able to locate the new wires and properly set it up with the electrical wiring he stayed around to make sure it was working properly as we began to set it up.
