Truly Nolen Manager: Several times this month I had the pleasure of working with two Truly Nolen professionals. Bennie Rensburg did a good job of providing the Ocean Point Condominium Association with a cost estimate to treat our eight condominium unit building for termites. Bennie gave an excellent explanation of how the treatments were to be done and what was needed to do them. He showed up on time when he said he would be here and worked with me to schedule the treatments for minimum impact on the condo owners. Two condos had to be rescheduled so as not to negatively impact a renter and an owner. Bennie returned my calls promptly and provided workable rescheduling. Your technician, Bruno, was a professional in every aspect of the word while doing the termite treatment. He kept me informed of when he would arrive here, he worked fast and was very neat with the hole drilling and chemical injections. I gave Bruno access to each condo and stayed with him while he treated the condo. Bruno has a very friendly personality making it very pleasant to work with him while he was doing each condo. His explanation of how the treatment worked and why he was doing various procedures during the treatments was appreciated. Bruno takes pride in his job and the performance of his work demonstrates that he does. Both of your employees were very professional while they were here, presented an positive image of Truly Nolen and were good examples for other employees to follow. I live in Key Largo and this past spring my home was inundated with tens of thousands of white-footed ants. Truly Nolan came immediately and eradicated the problem. Because white-footed ants are very hard to exterminate, it took a number of weeks and a number of visits to get the "freeloaders" out of my house. At one point I thought I would have to take down walls to get rid of them but the manager, Stella, assured me that with time the pests would be gone. She was correct. Stella and the technician, Forrest, are A-One at what they do. As long as I live in Florida, my husband and I will have a yearly contract with Truly Nolan. With this contract I have piece of mind. I would like to give Kevin Banks a big pat on the back and a heartfelt thank you for being so professional and so earnest in resolving my carpenter ant issue. I was so impressed with his work ethic and his knowledge about his profession. I don't normally see many young people who take pride in their work like Kevin has. He kept me informed as to what he was doing outside and inside my home, even showing me where I had a carpenter ant's nest on the perimeter of my property. I greatly appreciated that courtesy. We have been using Truly Nolen for the past 10 years and we are very pleased with the service. Edgar is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of pest control. He checks the inside of our home when we are away for the summer months and he calls me while inside to let me know the condition of the home. When we are here in the winter months, Edgar answers our questions with expertise and we follow his instructions to secure our home. I live in Key West and had a problem with subterranean termites that seem not to be able to resolve. A Mr. M. Roberson contacted me to find out exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and kind. He sent out a wonderful exterminator named Cody. This guy was fantastic. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was very thorough and took his time. I would give them a 0 star if it were possible! They. Came to our business and sprayed the inside to the point where there was a fog of spray and puddles on the floors and base board with people in the building!!! I had respiratory problems for 3 months after!!! The tech lied to them saying he didn't spray the outside spray inside leaving the fog and puddles until I mentioned that he was on cameras... They did absolutely NOTHING about it. Then they showed up at our home and sprayed without an appointment and charged us for the outside spraying!!! Bad Bad Bad!!!! read more

Cody and the techs that you use lie, cheat, and steal. The sales man Cody has zero support to the community and laughs when asked to give any charity back to the people. He has left multiple homes messed up such as a tape and seal on a home for tenting, bed bugs in a house for a year, and multiple other issues. He does not care about anyone but himself.
