If I could give zero stars I would. The owner, JT - is completely unprofessional and rude. The other yelpers must have gotten him on one of his bi-polar "good" days. As mentioned in the other reviews you will find WAY better deals online, and Wild Bills has a better selection and prices and is 30% off on Wednesdays. I will not be returning. read more

The owner of this vape shop tried to give his number to my wife. I'll admit she is beautiful, but not single. We will not be returning. You can throw a rock in any direction and hit a vape shop with better juices and prices, and not risk some piece of trash trying to pick up your spouse. read more

Every time I go hear it's just okay. This is the type of place that reminds you how much better every other shop is. One star since they have terrible pricing. Also Fit Pods and Valyrian coils shouldn't be sold separately when they come together already. read more

My girlfriends mom had gotten me a vape and I lost it while flying. Walked in and told JT about it and this man went through the works to help me find a new vape. Sign of true, good customer service is that when he showed me my options and I picked the cheapest one, he was just as great, helpful, friendly, and patient as when he started helping me. Vape stores can be unhelpful and rude and strange and uncomfortable. Go to this place for good price, unparalleled by friendly staff. Even though I live in Ann Arbor and pass 4 vape stores on my way to this one, I will only be coming to this one for all my accessories and juice. Thanks JT!!!! read more

First visit ever was awesome. I walk in and JT is mixing juice himself. He let me smell everything and I ended up deciding on his black cherry Sprite. He has other stuff he mixes and I think is open to ideas. Awesome. A juice maker who listens to a customer for once, which doesn't happen in this area. Period. That's a fact of life. I got max VG, 3mg nic, for 15 bucks. 16 with tax. That's a good deal. JT is very personable. He has all the stuff you'd see at a good vape shop but needs more and he even said he is going to add more. So much good juice available. Uncle Junks, Cuttwood, and TRY THE SHIN'JIN. It arguably might be the best juice I've ever tried (85w on a Royal Hunter @. 3 tigers) in my life. It's good stuff. I'll be returning for more choice fo sho. Give this place a chance, the guy knows juice and mods and tanks. And he's very personable. read more

I've went to this vape shop a few times, and every time I'm there the employees are very helpful and friendly. I was anxious about going to a shop and looking like a dumbass because I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, but they helped me out. I buy my coils and my juices here. read more

I walked in Ace Vapors as a total newbie determined to quit smoking. Jacques immediately made me feel at home, listened to my situation, and picked a perfect mod for me. He took the time to teach me how to fill and use the unit myself. He then custom-blended an e-liquid to tailor the nicotine level perfectly to my previous smoking pattern. Jacques is helpful, pleasant, and professional. He has a good selection of mods, e-liquids, and accessories. The custom mixture he made is delicious, sweet, and gentle--now I am reflecting on how unpleasant and coarse a cig is by comparison. Best of all, I have not had a cig since visiting Ace Vapors! I'm really happy about that. Thanks to his knowledge and excellent customer service, Jacques has transformed what was a dirty, harmful, and (to me) shameful habit into a new and delightful luxury. My husband is trying to kick the can and so we decided to try the vape. We came here after reading the reviews. The owner JT was very helpful. He spent a very long time explaining everything, maintinence, usage, battery life, ect. The device we bought was cheaper online, but we can't put a price on the help and knowledge JT provided us. Without it we easily could have ruined the unit on day 1. My husband said he only had an urge to dip 3 times yesterday after being a 1-1.5 tin a day user. read more

Everyone here was very helpful! Gave me a great deal as well as great advice. When the piece I bought stopped working a couple of days later, they replaced it. They do not have a credit card machine right now, which is the reason for the 4 star review. Aside from that, only good experiences so far! read more

i'm going to start off by saying thank you to all of my customers who have supported acevapors!! i randomly check my reviews just to keep up with my business and i can't recall commenting on any review since i've been in business! but it seems to be a smear campaign going by my fellow shops or just a person with pure hate in their heart! i put my heart and soul into my business so i would never be rude to anyone that took their time to come to my shop.....! nor have i made advances on anyone's wife in any shape or formmmm! to whom it my concern...i think what your doing is lowest form of trying to drag my name and shop in the mudd!! i've earned my 4.9-5 star rating for 3yrs because i love what i do!! please ppl don't believe the hate that's being thrown on me & my shop. i don't think these ppl have even stepped one foot inside of my shop! thanks again and i appreciate the support!!! jacques t. hall owner/operator of ace vapors llc. read more

this was my second stop trying to get a e cig from a smoke shop. the first place didn't seem to ask me what I wanted but more focused on selling me what they wanted. the guy working asked what I was looking for and came up with options and explained them to me, not only that he took my new device apart and explained how to use it and how it works. for a first time purchaser of a e-cig I super appreciate it. and the prices were sooo much better then the first shop I stopped in. if you see this guy.. thanks for help today I'll be back in to you for refills!! read more

J.T. knows his stuff! I came here to buy my first box mod when I started vaping and he took the time to explain what the hardware is, what I'll need and what I'll probably like.
