We sat down and listened to Tony tell us about the differences between cava, Prosecco and French champagne. I was surprised that we were told we could only sample three of the eight options. They said it was a state of Michigan law. I wanted to try them all! Tony was knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. He presented the information in a understandable way. The classes are free but book up early. I thoroughly enjoyed this and ended up going home with several hundred dollars worth of French champagne!
