Johnny was the most responsive of the six or so companies I contacted-- several never got back to me at all. He was polite & prompt, and answered all my questions before we set up the appointment. I felt confident that he was trustworthy to leave my car with (I was at work, but the car was at a different building). He worked very hard, got my carpets as clean as they could be for their age, spent extra time to make sure I was happy. The few things I questioned he not only answered but tried a few things until he got one option to work. I would use him again. Caveat-- things have changed & you have to know what you want -- services are ala carte (with every mobile service) and the term "wash & wax" don't mean what they used to. What I really needed was a polish and/or protectant coat - too late-- would have been twice what I originally paid -- the going rate, but these services are in high demand now & have gotten pricey! read more
