I have never used car detailing services until today, I always did the washing and waxing myself, for about the past 40 years. Then we scheduled an appointment to get my SUV and my husband's truck detailed at our home. Jay showed up early and got started on our cars right away. I had him work on a part of my car that was damaged in a minor fender bender. The detailing turned out great and reduced the damaged look on the passenger side of my car. You can barely tell. Worth it! Service requested: Interior Detail $120 (price varies) Jay did an awesome job cleaning up a wild weekend, I'll spare the details as I'm sure you can image lol. My car has no traces of anything, pet hair, dirt, dust. The leather looks shiny and new (I didn't know leather had to be "moisturized"). Timing was fast, they give a range of 2 hrs for the service depending on how dirty the car is, but it was shorter than that. I needed my truck washed, I was quoted $50 dollars which I did not mind. We scheduled an appointment for one of the first appt of the day. He was punctual and was ready to wash my truck right away. I did ask what $100 dollar worth of car wash would get me as opposed to the $50 but he was tight on schedule and couldn't do a more involved washed due to scheduling constraints. Understood, so we proceeded with the original wash. The wash was decent and pretty quick but due to his scheduling, this lacks attention to detail even for a simple car wash. The reason why I left 3 stars is really because he was flying through the wash to make it to the next appt on time which lack the quality of the wash. The other reason why is because I asked for tire shine on my truck tires and he said he didn't have any tire shine. Pretty disappointing if you ask me especially if you're a mobile car wash/mobile detailer. How could you not have tire shine? not even for one of your 1st appt for the day. Maybe it was because I had large off road tires and knew it would require more tire shine than the typical car. But for a $50 dollar wash, you can not leave a car or truck with some dull looking tires. That's just a bad look. Despite all that, I still provided a $10 dollar tip on top of the $50 dollar wash because I like to show my support for small business owners. The car wash shops locally to me such as La Puente Car wash actually does a great job for $30-$40 dollars and include tire shine, armor all, etc but as much as I prefer to support small business (mobile car wash guys) these little missed details make me question whether it's even worth it. read more

I can't begin to say what an excellent job Jay did with our vehicles. He was prompt, courteous and left our cars showroom-floor ready. They honestly look better than when we bought them.
