Luis is the best mobile detailer I know. He is very responsive and prompt in his scheduling and got me taken care of within the next day of messaging him. He did a full exterior detailing with clay bar and wax and the car turned out showroom fresh. My car had the dreaded rail dust (small brown specks that were impossible to remove) all over due to parking it under a tree at work. Luis was honest and let me know exactly what he did and how he wasn't able to remove all of the brown specks, which is understandable, as it was probably baked in with the heat of recent days. Given the circumstances, it turned out way better than expected. He even offered to come back at another time to touch up the areas that still had some slight rail dust specks (not very noticeable remnants). The best thing of all of this was him being able to detail the exterior of my car while I was out for the whole day without any additional interaction on my part. All I had to do was tell him where I parked by car the night before and he took care of it the very next morning, seamlessly. I left for work the following morning with a brown, rail-dust speckled car and came back to a brand new-looking car, as if I drove it back from the dealership. Luis was very responsive when I sought a quote and quickly made an appointment to come detail the car. Needed a car wash for our two cars. I was quoted $175 for the SUV Lexus RX and $145 for the Toyota Corolla. I let him know the cars were unlocked and ready for him. I received a notification from my alarm system and was impressed to see what was going on outside. They brought their own equipment (water too). Our cars had not been washed in over a year (we aren't gross, but life through a crying curveball), so these guys had a hell of a job to tackle. They got rid of stains that we didn't think could be removed. Some stains had been there for over two years. The exterior and interior were left in great condition. My Corolla looked brand new! If I wanted to be super picky, there were tiny details that could still use some work. However, my boyfriend couldn't tell until I pointed it out and again this was IF I had to be picky. Honestly, our cars were so dirty, I'm surprised they ended up looking so good. They were here a little over three hours for both cars. They took their time. This was not a rush job.
